Excellent experience at Trattoria del Merlo!
The restaurant is very welcoming and well-maintained, with a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The food is very good and tasty; portions, especially if you order all courses, can be generous, but this also depends on your eating habits. Overall, an absolutely positive experience.

A chic, refined yet authentic trattoria where every time I return, I truly feel at home. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making you feel instantly at ease. Their risotto is simply amazing, my all-time favorite: creamy, balanced, and simply unforgettable. It's one of those dishes that stays in your heart and keeps you coming back for more. I've been a loyal customer for many years, and the quality, service, and attention have never wavered. A special place, one I recommend without hesitation.

I was there last night for a company dinner so I can't know how much we spent 🤷 but I can say I ate very well 👏👏👏. The appetizers and the saffron risotto with zucchini flowers and stracciatella were very good 😋. The meat (I'm not crazy about raw meat) but the tartare I ate last night was spectacular as was the tagliata with mustard and green pepper. Well done, applause to the kitchen and to the very kind and courteous waiting staff (even with my rather drunk colleagues 😂). Thank you very much again and congratulations to everyone.
