The concept is simple: Choose your favorite menu from cured meats, cheeses or vegetables, fill it with tigelle and fried gnocchi (both with no limit on request) and create combinations with the set of 12 sauces included in all menus. Good quality cold cuts, the only flaw is the cooked meat (shoulder). I opted for the vegetarian menu requesting only grilled vegetables and I was satisfied. I found a simple, courteous service, at times pompous and distracted but which remains suitable for the context. The proposal is fun and the environment is convivial, certainly a pleasant group experience. Good value for money.

Let me start by saying that I have been going to this place for years and the last two times it has totally disappointed me. Tigelle hard as marble and black cold cuts. I don't think I'll go back....

Cute and excellent for eating tigelle and fried gnocchi at will. 20 euros per person and you eat a lot. The platter with cold cuts is excellent, the vegetarian platter and the delicious and varied sauces are special. Twice everything was fine, I'll go a third time.

Excellent place to enjoy some typical products of Emilian cuisine, very good and quality products.
Small place so I recommend booking, the only thing that needs improvement in my opinion is the service; there are really many people who want to eat with "normal" waiting times, unfortunately, there was only one guy serving and therefore the wait was longer. I recommend adding a few waiters to reduce waiting times, otherwise everything was perfect :) I will definitely be back

For those who love fried gnocco and tigelle there is something to indulge in here. The solution proposed with the various sauces is excellent. The cured meats are a little subdued. Overall given the excellent type of cuisine.

È una tipologia di locale che apprezzo, specialmente in una città universitaria come Pavia. Il personale è davvero gentile e i prezzi onesti. Mi spiace notare che, ad eccezione del crudo, i salumi siano granché. Capisco che mantenere una qualità costante, specialmente con un carico di lavoro così elevato e numerosi turni, possa essere difficile, ma considerando che sono la specialità del locale (insieme a taglieri di formaggi e verdure), penso che ci sia margine di miglioramento
