We've fallen into other tourist traps around town, but this restaurant is truly worth it. Delicious dishes and impeccable service. If you're in Cefalù, you have to stop by. Thanks again!

Eating here is an emotional experience. The tuna tartare with chive ice cream is culinary masterpiece; you eat it slowly to experience the combination of flavors. I ordered this dish three days in a row, so that speaks for itself. The pasta was amazing, a masterful combination of flavors, the Roche dessert was an explosion of flavors. Our waiter was smiling, perfect, and polite. He recommended wine depending on the dish chosen. When I asked for a dish recommendation, he asked for my opinion and remembered, asking if it was good... He even spread a napkin on my lap and remembered that we had been there three times, thanking us for it. I was pampered in every way, the culture was top-notch, the dishes were masterful, and at the end, when we ordered an espresso, it was free. I recommend it wholeheartedly ❤️

An amazing experience at Triscele Cefalù!
This restaurant is a true gem in the heart of Cefalù. The food was absolutely outstanding – every dish looked like a piece of art and tasted even better. Fresh ingredients, authentic Sicilian flavors, and a perfect seaside atmosphere made our evening unforgettable.

Hard to get a reservation and with good reason. Charming spot in the historic center, even though not on the water. Superb service. To start we had pumpkin flowers stuffed with ricotta and mascarpone and lightly fried and drizzled with honey. One of the best things I’ve ever been served in a restaurant. So good I ordered it again for dessert. We also had the traditional sardines, stuffed with breadcrumbs and pine nuts, also delicious. The only first course that didn’t quite live up to everything else was the octopus. Nothing wrong with it, but rather bland as far as flavor. For mains we had pasta with a ragu of tuna and fried eggplant that was superb and veal cheeks with a jus reduction and deliciously translucent potatoes. Getting flavor into meat like that is no easy feat, and this was an exceptional dish, especially for a place that specializes in seafood. Absolutely worth your while is you can get a table.

Great hidden gem.
This place was recommended to us by a member of staff from the sea palace.
We ordered several dishes, and each one was extremely well presented, and tasted good, however we found that nearly all of the dishes were overcomplicated, and items were added that didn't need to be. Just our opinion, and it still definitely worth a visit, and fabulous staff!

Kindness surpasses everything. The atmosphere is lovely and the staff is truly friendly. As for the food, I have to say I expected something more, but I think there's room for improvement. We had the eggplant and red mullet baba, which was served too cold and perhaps a little more red mullet would have helped to better appreciate the combination. The cod meatball with a mayonnaise that was too commercial, and the meatball itself was good, perhaps you could taste the potato too much. The sardines alla beccafico were delicious, however...otherwise, it was good, but even the fish-based first courses were perhaps lacking a little in quality.

Went here for my birthday based on a recommendation from our host.
What was not to like? The food was excellent, the service perfect, the restaurant itself was very tastefully decorated & laid out and the menu selection was well planned.
The owner recommended a wine based on our meal choices & although it was not one of the more expensive wines it was an excellent choice. He even gave us the desert free of charge because it was my birthday.
We had a wonderful time & would definitely recommend it.
