Everything perfect! Excellent service

Incredible experience from start to finish! The staff is incredibly lovely and the owner himself came over to make our experience one of a kind. The wine, the starters and the our mains were decadent. The dessert was incredibly unique bursting with flavour. We were craving some vegetables and saw online they had side spinach. When we got there they didn’t have any in the kitchen but the owner himself brought over a lovely sautéed green complimentary so we could get our fix. 20/10. I recommend the pana cotta for dessert and stuffed pumpkin flower starter.

Intrigued by the excellent reviews and the menu proposal, I had lunch at Triscele and my high expectations were fully satisfied! First of all, the place is very suggestive: it seems to be inside a cave with stone walls and exposed wooden beams, perfectly combined with distinctly contemporary inserts and details! As for the menu, the dishes served were perfectly successful, with fresh, excellent quality raw materials and a combination of ingredients that enhanced their flavour. Maybe we could be a little more daring. I would recommend the sardines with beccafico as a starter, the tagliolini with shellfish as a first course and the cheesecake for dessert! The portions are obviously not truck size, but they allow you to leave the table satisfied, without feeling full! The bill (around €45 per person for 3 starters, 3 first courses, 3 desserts of which 1 offered on the house, 1 bottle of water and 1 glass of Catarratto wine) is proportionate to the quality and research of the products used and quite in line with the average of other local restaurants. But the aspect that really makes the difference is the kindness and courtesy of the staff: the service is quick, but above all attentive and jovial, without being intrusive or unnatural! In essence, Triscele is a restaurant that I would definitely recommend to anyone who is in Cefalù and wants to appreciate excellent cuisine in a location that, despite not having a sea view, is magnificent!

We ate here on a bit of a whim after only just arriving in Cefalú and please know, it’s probably the best whim I’ve ever had in my life. The food was described in a review I read as “semi-fine” and this, in my opinion, is a wild under estimation! The food was absolutely to die for. So full of flavour and texture. The menu is incredibly well thought out. The staff were second to none. Attentive but subtle, friendly, helpful, charming and excellent hosts. We felt incredibly well looked after without feeling like we were being smothered. A sure fire sign of excellent service. I very rarely leave reviews for anywhere online, preferring to recommend in person to people I know, but this place deserves to have all the positive feedback it deserves. Please try this place. It’s fantastic.

The term "restaurant" is generous to describe the Triscele, which presents itself rather as a genuine trattoria, immersed in one of the most evocative architectural contexts of Cefalù. The charm of the place is undeniable: history, living stone, atmosphere. The cuisine is honest, with well-executed and palatable dishes. The proposal is consistent with Sicilian tradition, without flights of fancy, but with a solid hand. The quality of the raw material is good, and some combinations are convincing. The service, however, is the most fragile point of the experience. Although accompanied by sincere courtesy, he moves on the border of do-it-yourself, with approximate room management, uncertain times and fluctuating attention. The Triscele is perfect for those looking for an authentic, simple, informal trattoria. But for those expecting a restaurant in the fullest sense, with structured service and attention to the experience, it is best to look elsewhere.

Indiscutivelmente a melhor comida que comemos em toda Sicilia. Tudo o que pedimos veio PERFEITO! Massas divinas, molhos melhores ainda! AMAMOS!

locale molto carino , titolare cortese , servizio celere e giovane ( magari questo comporta qualche errore nel servizio… quando si porta antipasto si serve il pane , quando si serve spaghetti vongole e cozze , bisogna portare il piattino ) Comunque devo dire però che dopo avere cenato in diversi ristoranti a cefalù questo lo posso considerare uno dei Migliori perché non e’ Turistico ,,, ah dimenticavo ottima pizza , prodotti di qualità e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo !
