Terrazza Brunelleschi In Firenze

My large family and I spent an enchanting evening dining at the Grand Hotel Baglioni's B-roof restaurant. The Tuscan styled food was delicious and the table was absolutely beautiful. Our party had what I would consider one of the most spectacular restaurant bar and terrace views of the Duomo in all of Florence. Everyone involved in the planning and execution of our dinner provided such exceptional service. Alice spent a lot of time corresponding with me and was so quick to reply to my emails. Fabiola was so patient as she helped us plan our preset menu choices. And Gianluca, who chose the perfect table and had the most efficient and capable staff under his management. The service and the attention to detail were beyond amazing. My family is still talking about that evening.

We had a wonderful evening at B-Roof last night. We were celebrating a birthday and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed the experience. The set menu with Bistecca alla Fiorentina was delicious, with mixed crostini to start followed by a perfectly-cooked medium-rare steak that melted in the mouth. Special mention to the waiting staff who were friendly and courteous throughout, even taking us out onto the panoramic terrace after our meal to take photos with the stunning Florentine skyline in the background. This was my second time dining at B-Roof and I'll definitely return next time I'm in Florence. Highly recommended.

Extraordinary welcome and kindness from all the staff, who managed to satisfy the requests of very demanding people like us, excellent food, a particular mention of the veal and chard cheek (which I didn't photograph) but which melted in the mouth, I have to be honest in saying that I would have preferred a more generous portion for the first course, for this reason I leave 4 stars.

It looks like a good place, but even though all the tables were empty when we visited it, the stuff didn’t allow us to sit near the windows.

Everything perfect. Dining overlooking Santa Maria in Fiore is priceless! Trained and courteous staff; excellent dishes.

Restaurant located on the top floor of the Baglioni hotel, top quality cuisine, impeccable service worthy of a 5 star. Classic and very elegant location, with carpet and equipment worthy of the place. Top quality ingredients, very good duck breast cooked at low temperature, and first courses of the same level. Tables with a breathtaking panoramic view of the Florence cathedral. Cost aligned with the place, around 60-70 Euros per person with wine and cover charge.
