This restaurant's dinner is absolutely the best in Florence. Every dish is delicious and layered, it's amazing! I wish I hadn't wasted my time eating at so many Michelin-starred restaurants online these past few days.

We had an absolutely wonderful evening at B-Roof. Everything was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere on the rooftop is truly magical, with a breathtaking view over Florence that makes the experience unforgettable. The food was outstanding — beautifully presented and full of flavor. Every dish we tried was delicious and carefully prepared. The wine selection was excellent and perfectly complemented our meal. What made the evening even more special was the service. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout the entire dinner. We chose this restaurant to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it turned out to be the perfect place for such a special occasion. Thank you to the whole team for an unforgettable experience. We will definitely come back the next time we visit Florence!

We came for Sunday brunch. There was a wide variety of hot and cold dishes, appetizers, fruits, cheeses, and salads, with both savory and sweet options. The service was impeccable; the staff was incredibly attentive and catered to all the dietary needs of my companion, who follows a lactose-free and gluten-free diet. Of course, the view and the pianist made the experience even more enjoyable. We will be back.

The evening view was truly beautiful. I gave my boyfriend an aperitivo gift card that included two cocktails and two trios of appetizers (vegetarian and non-vegetarian). The waiters were super helpful and friendly. We'll definitely be back!

It was my partner's birthday, and they added a candle as a special touch to the dessert—they made us feel right at home. They even seated us at the table with the best view so we could have the best birthday possible. And everything was absolutely delicious! Thank you so much, I'll definitely be back!

We celebrated out 30th Wedding Anniversary at B-Roof, with a beautiful view of the Duomo and Florence. The service and atmosphere were great, and the dinner was excellent. We shared the Steak Florentine, and enjoyed an beautiful evening.
