This old-fashioned restaurant is definitely recommended. Excellent cuisine, with attention to both ingredients and detail. We ordered two first courses and a fried dish with broccoli rabe. To finish, we had crêpe suzette and tiramisu. Everything was delicious. Impeccable service. Truly friendly. We'll definitely be back.

Abbiamo deciso di festeggiare il nostro 25° anniversario di matrimonio nel nostro locale preferito. Tutto si riassume in un ulsoli aggettivo: eccezionale! Dal servizio al cibo, dal locale alla cortesia del personale, tutto straordinario. Grazie Fabio per gki squisiti consigli e per l'accoglienza riservataci.

Questo sì che è un posto molto bello, romantico, di classe. Bella atmosfera. Personale gentile ed attenti a tutto. Addirittura ti spiegano l'ordine in cui mangiare gli antipasti. Paghi un po' di più, ma ne vale la pena. Piatti buonissimi e raffinati! Lo consiglio a tutti!

04/08/2025: Review of Osteria del Castello – Ortona The first time we went to Osteria del Castello was on the recommendation of some friends: as always, recommendations are always a bit risky... but we were pleasantly surprised! We were a group of friends and colleagues, and the experience was excellent in every way. The service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff. The food was excellent, with authentic flavors and careful attention to detail. We were also impressed by the location, especially the outdoor space, truly pleasant for an al fresco dinner. We had such a great time that we will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

27/08/2025: An amazing and unforgettable experience! We live in Monza, came on vacation to Abruzzo, and a friend recommended this restaurant to us. The location is beautiful and elegant, housed in a former olive oil mill. The seafood and service are top-notch. We'll definitely be back to try the meat dishes. Highly recommended!
25/08/2025: We passed by there by chance and decided to stop for a bite, the appearance did not make us think of what we found inside... an 18th century farmhouse truly restored with art but even more so the preparation of the staff led by the head waiter Mr. Nicola who in addition to having brought us exceptional dishes also explained and described to us with art how to prepare the exceptional dishes... I have never eaten such good raw fish if you asked your eyes you could hear the sea... everything was GOOD and also the prepared and kind staff... a must try to be transported to another dimension.
