The atmosphere is very nice, with good distance between tables. We had the fish menu for lunch, with both first and second courses excellent. The service was impeccable. We'll definitely return when we return to Fano and the surrounding area.

Innovation here doesn't come through daring reinterpretations or gourmet dishes, but through respecting and showcasing the rich history and flavors of the Marche region. Each dish maintains a strong connection to tradition, enhanced with care and attention. The potato-crusted sea bream, in particular, was simply exceptional: a 10/10.

An interesting experience in this very characteristic and unique restaurant, located in an old mill. The spaces are spacious and bright. The service is attentive and precise. The food is good and plentiful. Highly recommended.
