It is tradition for us to have mid-August lunch at the Taverna del Ghiottone, excellent food, very kind staff, and the location is special. Very pleasant as always

We arrived in Fano on Sunday. It was lunch time and by chance we found this tavern. Excellent food, really generous dishes and impeccable service. So much so that during our week in Fano we returned twice more. Excellent value for money

Cibo ottimo,servizio attento. Peccato che nonostante abbiamo prenotato con thefork,non ci è stato applicato lo sconto del 20% . C'è ne siamo resi conto solo in un secondo momento.

26/08/2024: Today we visited this restaurant for the first time, and it was a pleasant surprise. The place is really welcoming and well looked after, decorated with objects that recall the peasant and culinary tradition. The ravioli with tomatoes and burrata are highly recommended: the flavors marry perfectly and the pasta is excellent. As a second course, we chose the house specialty, perfectly cooked pork ribs. The desserts are also noteworthy: we tried the "bomba" and the hot cannoli with custard, both really special. The bill, without wine or coffee, was just over 70 euros. Highly recommended!
23/08/2024: We were passing through on our way back from holidays, one afternoon almost at closing time. We were welcomed, spoiled and pampered. Thank you with all my heart.
