In my personal opinion, this is the best pizza in Tortona. I go there for that and have never tried the food, but judging by what passes by the tables and reading the reviews, it seems good too. The place isn't particularly trendy, but it's still nice, clean, and welcoming. If possible, even though ours is very quiet, I try never to bring my dog ​​to the restaurant because it's not a rewarding experience for him, and not everyone appreciates having pets at the next table. It happened here once, and I applaud the welcome he received. Lastly, for personal reasons, I haven't been back for a few years. I recently returned, and the owner still remembered my favorite pizza. It's called "customer care," and unfortunately, it's not always there, even among those who have jobs that require it.

My go-to place in Tortona during my trip to France. The place is very welcoming and clean. The service is excellent, as are the dishes. I love the family atmosphere here, which takes me back to the happiest years of my youth. The owner, who is very friendly, extremely courteous, and always ready for a chat, is also very welcoming.

31/10/2025: Traditional dishes with Ligurian influences, excellent wines, a lovely, warm and welcoming atmosphere, almost like a living room. The menu rotates fairly regularly depending on the seasons and the availability of ingredients. The agnolotti, the tagliolini with mushrooms, and yesterday's sausage lasagna were all very popular, as were the gnocchi, which were incredibly soft. The rabbit roll with mustard mayonnaise is a must, as is the stockfish with Taggiasca olives and cherry tomatoes. Exceptional desserts. I come here about once a year, but I will definitely return. The rosé wine is truly excellent, perfect for the evening. My only small tip: I would prefer the wine to be opened at the table (I've seen it arrive already opened at other tables, too).
29/10/2025: I come to Bosco once a year and I always come here. Over the years, the quality of the food, service, and hospitality has always remained very high. Well done! Unmissable.
