It was a late August evening, with few places open, but the Skuisito Wine Bar looked inviting, with a very nice and well-kept interior and exterior. We didn't want dinner, but rather a drink around 9:30 pm. Two standard-quality gin and tonics, neither good nor bad, a small bowl of chips (unsolicited) and probably from early August (2024!), and a bill of €22. With crispy, fresh chips and two olives, it might have been okay, but it didn't really make us want to try the restaurant.

Probably a good place for aperitivo. The beer was excellent. The staff was attentive and friendly. The Milanese cutlet, however, didn't convince me. Although the meat was very tender, the breading wasn't crispy, but rather soggy and fell away from the meat. I wouldn't eat it again. It didn't even seem freshly fried. The spicy fries were good (even though they're a typical frozen product). A €3 cover charge without even a bit of bread to accompany the meat seems excessive.

The place is welcoming and well-kept, with a pleasant atmosphere that invites conversation. The background music is discreet and well-measured, helping to create a relaxed environment without being invasive. The cuisine is of a good standard: the dishes are tasty, perhaps not unforgettable, but perfect to accompany an evening in company. The wine selection is excellent, wide and well thought out. The service is always attentive, courteous and professional. I have dined here several times and each time the experience has been positive: I have never left disappointed. The quality-price ratio is honest, in line with the current prices in Milan.
