It's become a regular stop. The fish is incredibly fresh and the meat selection is excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the owner is always attentive to the customer's needs.

First class; we've rarely eaten so well. Friendly staff and a stunning sunset.

Very friendly welcome, otherwise poor service. The food is again excellent. The ambiance is lovely.

We ate really well. The tuna tartare with caramelized onion was spectacular. We'll be back!

PERFECT DINNERS We've been here for dinner several times and have always had a wonderful time. Good food, excellent hospitality, and a warm welcome from the owner, Michele, who is incredibly friendly and kind. We can only recommend this restaurant for a lovely dinner overlooking the sea. A beautifully situated, very well-run restaurant with a well-balanced food and drink menu, attentive service, and reasonable prices. One minor criticism: the meat platter for two is not recommended; the meat quality didn't quite meet my expectations (but one should really be enjoying fish by the sea...😉)

Not once, not twice, not three times...but for well over 10 years, Skipper has been a regular stop on our August evenings in Vieste. Never a disappointment, never a mistake, all the dishes are always perfect and served to perfection, as per the book. Excellent, high-quality products, as is the preparation. Credit also goes to Claudio, who isn't the usual entrepreneur/owner who stays behind the scenes, but is always on the front lines, welcoming customers and being present at the tables to serve and convey the quality of his work and commitment to his customers. A must-see if you visit Vieste!

Il Ristorante Skipper rappresenta un’eccellenza nel panorama gastronomico di Vieste, grazie a una proposta culinaria incentrata sulla qualità assoluta del pesce e su una cottura alla brace impeccabile, capace di esaltare ogni sfumatura di sapore, ben oltre le più rosee aspettative. La cura nella selezione delle materie prime è evidente sin dal primo assaggio: ogni piatto racconta la freschezza del mare e la maestria in cucina. La cottura alla brace, in particolare, è il tratto distintivo del locale — precisa, rispettosa della materia prima, e capace di regalare aromi autentici e avvolgenti. Il personale è educatissimo, attento e disponibile, capace di coniugare professionalità e calore in un servizio di altissimo livello, raramente riscontrabile anche in contesti più formali. In sintesi: una cena eccellente, un’esperienza che supera le aspettative e che merita di essere ripetuta senza esitazioni. Consigliatissimo a chiunque desideri vivere un momento di autentico piacere gastronomico in un contesto curato e accogliente.
