Il Ristorante Skipper rappresenta un’eccellenza nel panorama gastronomico di Vieste, grazie a una proposta culinaria incentrata sulla qualità assoluta del pesce e su una cottura alla brace impeccabile, capace di esaltare ogni sfumatura di sapore, ben oltre le più rosee aspettative. La cura nella selezione delle materie prime è evidente sin dal primo assaggio: ogni piatto racconta la freschezza del mare e la maestria in cucina. La cottura alla brace, in particolare, è il tratto distintivo del locale — precisa, rispettosa della materia prima, e capace di regalare aromi autentici e avvolgenti. Il personale è educatissimo, attento e disponibile, capace di coniugare professionalità e calore in un servizio di altissimo livello, raramente riscontrabile anche in contesti più formali.
