A truly positive experience. The freshest fish, cooked to perfection. The homemade desserts are also highly recommended. In winter, the warm atmosphere creates a Christmassy atmosphere. In spring and summer, the terrace with its breathtaking views of the Gargano offers a romantic and evocative setting.

It's one of those places you always want to return to. For three reasons: location, courtesy, and food. The dish I enjoyed today was Troccoli allo scoglio; I recommend it because it's truly made to order.

We stumbled upon this truly fantastic place today. Just above Mattinata, a breathtaking view of the sea and olive groves (it's a shame about the rain, but the view was beautiful nonetheless). Lunch included an excellent plate of orecchiette allo scoglio (seafood orecchiette) and a homemade dessert made with almonds and lemon cream. Excellent. The welcome was extraordinary, the people were kind and cheerful. I highly recommend it.

I highly recommend Scarpetta D'oro.
This simply enchanting place offers a view of the beautiful Mattinata and its fantastic sea. The atmosphere excites and makes you enjoy lunch or dinner from the moment you arrive. Spacious yet intimate. I want to give a special compliment to the owner, who is very polite, kind, friendly, and above all professional. The food is a culinary adventure. We obviously had seafood for lunch. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the dishes were well-proportioned, allowing you to savor the true flavor of the sea. There was no wait. We were welcomed and pampered until the very end. I highly recommend this place. I will be back very soon and will definitely return many times.
