I had dinner at Sartori two weeks ago with friends, we chose the All you can eat formula. What can I say? Freshness and quality are the words that come to mind to describe Satori's sushi. Very beautiful and well-kept location, impeccable service and normal prices, but with the most evident positive note of freshness and quality compared to perhaps other sushi restaurants. Their tempura is very good, in fact exquisite! Recommended!

All you can eat dinner (€32) or à la carte.
A truly excellent experience! The place is modern, developed in height and furnished with elegant taste, different from the usual Japanese-style sushi. The atmosphere is quiet, the tables are well spaced and the background music creates the right mood.
The menu does not have photos, but it is clear and well described, so it is easy to understand what you are ordering. The quality of the fish is excellent, with special mention for the tuna. There is also a very wide range of options for those who are vegetarian or do not like raw food.
The staff is extremely courteous and helpful.

Ristorante ben restaurato con pietra e mattoni a vista, si presenta piacevole ed elegante. A cena il prezzo è fissato a 30 euro. Non pochi, così occorre avere un discreto appetito perché risulti conveniente. Comunque c'è molta scelta di ricette asiatiche più o meno rivisitate: con un buon livello qualitativo. esclusa la tempura, che è sempre unta e pesante. Del tutto diversa dai fritti leggerissimi che si mangiano in Giappone.

Locale arredato con gusto in un ambiente con mattoni e pietra a vista. È organizzato come all-you-can-it anche se si può mangiare alla carta, ma non conviene (tanto per cominciare aggiungono 3 euro di coperto a testa). Il menù è ampio e comprende piatti asiatici inclusi quelli giapponesi come sushi e sashimi. Il servizio è un po' lento per prendere gli ordini, anche perché questo ristorante è molto frequentato da gruppi, ma poi i piatti arrivano rapidamente e sono ben fatti.
