A quaint, family-run place, it feels like stepping into a period home: warm, welcoming, and comfortable. The kind, smiling lady served us excellent food, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. We ordered calamarata with fish, fava beans, and chicory, a mixed fried seafood platter, and two exquisite desserts, especially the crunchy almond puff pastry with Chantilly cream. The bill reflects a fair quality-price ratio.

A small restaurant where you're welcomed and looked after by the owner with kindness and warmth. The menu is extensive. The varied and generous appetizers are not to be missed. The first and second courses, especially the fish-based ones, are also varied and freshly prepared. The ingredients used are fresh and seasonal. The wine list is also carefully curated.

14/03/2026: We felt very, very comfortable here. The food was delicious, authentic, and freshly prepared. We ate there several times during our stay in Bari. The pizza dough is traditionally made with sourdough starter (Lievito Madre) and has a long fermentation period. I was able to chat with the pizza maker and get a piece of dough, which I'll use to make my own.
