We dined at Sal8 and I was delighted with the welcome and hospitality of the staff.
The food is divinely good, the staff attentive and French-speaking, and the atmosphere is relaxed.
I recommend it without reservation.

It's not just a restaurant, it's an experience. Exceptional dishes with indescribable flavors. Excellent service: attentive, but never intrusive. The welcome glass of wine was much appreciated. The appetizer, in my opinion, captured the original essence of this restaurant: intriguing combinations, sensational textures, and flavors you can't understand until you try them. We live in Lombardy, but we hope to be able to return specifically to eat at this special place once again. Congratulations and thank you for everything.

My boyfriend and I had dinner on the balcony for his birthday. The food was excellent, with generous portions. Great value for money. I especially appreciated the fact that I asked for a surprise candle on the cake to celebrate my birthday, and they accommodated me without a problem.

Superlative dinner at Sal8 in Agrigento! We each had an appetizer, including exquisite prawns and octopus with chickpea hummus that was simply unforgettable.
For our first courses: paccheri with squid ink and linguine with red prawns, both amazing. To finish on a sweet note, an almond parfait and a millefeuille: perfect.
All washed down with a good bottle of wine.
We only spent €45 each: top quality at a more than fair price.

The best restaurant in Agrigento!! We went in based on the reviews and we were right. The staff was very attentive and very friendly, they treated us great. The food was delicious and the quantities were correct.

The service was great, with very attentive staff. We arrived relatively early in the evening and managed to get a table, but you should reserve for later, otherwise you'll have to wait.
You get a welcome drink and bread at the beginning.
The food is relatively expensive, but the quality is quite good. The salad came without dressing (maybe that's normal there, I don't know) and was probably from a package. Dessert was very tasty.
The meat was a small portion for the price, but it didn't have too much fat, so it was still okay.

Very plesant outdoor terrace on the main pedeetrian steet of Agrigento. Excellent service by multilingual staff. We make special mention of the vegetable strudel and the casarece dish. The filet a pepe verde was not as good .
