Each dish is meticulously presented, as beautiful as it is delicious. The value for money is remarkable: for an establishment of this caliber, the prices remain quite reasonable. The service is attentive and professional, and the warm atmosphere makes the experience even more enjoyable. A must-visit for fish and seafood lovers. I will definitely be back!

I came here twice because it was so delicious. The best thing I've ever had was the tuna and mayonnaise appetizer. The combination of tuna, tart mayonnaise, and capers was absolutely delicious. And I really want to try the shrimp and pistachio pasta again. It's the best. Was the shrimp gambero rosso? I chewed the shrimp heads and it was exquisite. The combination of pistachios and seafood was also amazing. The ragu sauce was a bit ordinary. On my second visit, I had a starter that looked like raw beef (it was quite a large portion), vongole, and grilled fish. The food on my first visit was even better. The vongole was a bit salty, probably because of the roe. The dessert was strawberry mille-feuille, which was absolutely delicious!! The atmosphere was great, and the bread that came with the meal was delicious. Reservations are recommended for dinner~

The steak and basic tomato pasta were delicious. The tartare here even included egg yolk, reminiscent of Korean yukhoe (raw beef), but the combination didn't quite bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients. The interior is nicely decorated, making it cozy and comfortable.

Sal8 delivered one of the best meals of our entire trip. The cacao tagliatelle was, without exaggeration, the most delicious pasta I’ve ever eaten—perfectly balanced, earthy yet subtly sweet, and completely unforgettable. Truly next-level. We also had the sea bass with mashed potatoes, and both were bursting with flavor—fresh, delicate fish paired with incredibly rich and comforting potatoes done just right. The meal started with excellent Sicilian bread and olive oil, followed by thoughtfully paired wines that complemented each dish beautifully. We finished with a delectable tiramisu, the perfect ending to an already flawless meal. Beyond the food, the service was warm, friendly, and welcoming, making the entire experience feel special from start to finish. Sal8 is an absolute must-do in Agrigento—creative, soulful cooking done exceptionally well. 🍷🍝✨
