Excellent service. The waiters were very friendly, and they gave us a complimentary glass of champagne and dates with dried fruit. As for the food, impeccable. We ate pasta and they were exquisite. The dessert is also very delicious.
Another detail, the place is beautiful.

Very high-end restaurant, refined cuisine, perfect and discreet service (I went to hotel school) and a setting full of charm.
In addition, we were offered a glass of prosecco upon our arrival and a tiramisu (the best I have ever eaten) at the end of the meal.

During our 10-day stay in Sicily, Sal8 Ristorante left the brightest impression on us. The service was outstanding—professional, friendly, and attentive. The food was simply exceptional, with incredible flavors, high-quality ingredients, and a fantastic variety of dishes to choose from.
What made it even better were the prices—surprisingly reasonable for a restaurant of such a high standard. Compared to similar places, Sal8 offers exceptional value for money without compromising on quality.
I can’t recommend this restaurant enough. It was, without a doubt, the best dining experience we had in Sicily. If you’re visiting, don’t miss the chance to enjoy a meal here. It’s an absolute must!

In the center of Agrigento, next to the shopping street, it is a rare pearl. The dishes are a pleasure for the eyes and taste buds, the fish ones are absolutely worth trying. Excellent and wide choice of wines. Refined environment, ideal for a romantic dinner. The service is very good.
