We were seven adults, all frequent visitors of very fine restaurants around the world, and everyone left saying it was one of the best meals they've ever had. Each bite was accompanied by wows and also each sip of the house red wine (which we then bought plenty of to take home). The service was also wonderful. So happy we stopped by.

First of all, what I ordered was actually very good. For me it was the best Tuscan dish I have ever tried.
In fact, I wanted to ask if it was possible to work here, because I'm in Italy to learn Italian cuisine, but I couldn't.
I know that I don't speak Italian well and that I don't perfectly understand everything that is said to me, but I have a great desire to work in this restaurant.

Well-executed menu, excellent food, family-friendly staff. Welcoming atmosphere. We felt so good that after analyzing the options in the city we ended up returning the following night.

Amazing restaurant! The service was excellent, the atmosphere is super nice. No tourists, only locals were having lunch there that day. The food is sooooo good! Highlights include the carpaccio, pici al ragu and the panna cotta (I don't even like panna cotta but this one was divine). If we go back to Montepulciano we will definitely go back there!

First of all, the service was very friendly.
I was embarrassed and couldn't speak English very well, but he tried his best to communicate with me. I postponed my order twice, but they waited patiently for it.
Of course the food tasted great. It was by far the best homemade noodles I had in Italy.
I had peach pasta with peppers, today's special, truffle gnocchi, and beef marinated in balsamic.
The peach pasta (it says red pepper in the description) is a perfect fit for Korean tastes, and when I asked if it could be made spicier, they brought me more red pepper so I could personally adjust the consistency.
The truffle gnocchi was amazing, from the texture to the taste, as if all the gnocchi I had ever eaten was a lie. I felt like I had been denied life. It tasted so amazing.
The truffle's creaminess wasn't strong, but rather had a subtle scent that lingered for a long time, and the cream also made me think, "This is gnocchi?" The taste wasn't so greasy that I had to keep holding my fork...
Both of them ate their food to the point where they could barely see the floor.
Today's dessert included panna cotta (caramel, berry) and chocolate, and I had the berry panna cotta.
The compote and panna cotta, which seemed to have been boiled themselves, were not too sweet and were good.
I tried this place three times and managed to get it, but if I had given up because I was tired, it would have been a big problem.
It's busy every day except Sunday evening, so be sure to make a reservation before visiting... I visited in the morning, made a reservation, and was able to have dinner.
I am really grateful to this house for allowing me to have a delicious meal. I highly recommend you visit.

Este era nuestro restaurante favorito en la Toscana! Rosso Rubino Trattoria es una operación familiar de dos personas. Cristiana y Vittorio nos hizo sentir como familia en cuanto entramos por la puerta. Es un restaurante pequeño, así que definitivamente haga reservas o puede perderse este increíble tesoro. Todos sus platos están hechos en casa. Quedamos tan impresionados con su comida que tomamos una clase de cocina que enseñaron. La clase no solo fue educativa, sino muy divertida. Visitamos el restaurante a menudo durante nuestra estancia de 2 semanas en Montepulciano, tanto para el almuerzo como para la cena. Todo lo que intentamos fue tan bueno. Estos son algunos de los platos que probamos, todos muy recomendables:
- Pici al Ragù di Cinghiale (Pici con salsa de jabalí)
- Maltagliati al Ragù di Chianina (pasta de huevo con salsa de ternera)
- Gnocchi con salsa de carne (ternera y cerdo)
- Pici con salsa vegetal
