Every dish we ordered was fantastic. Tagliatelle, gnocchi, boar stew..all great! The service was great as well. I highly recommend stopping here

The restaurant is small but welcoming, located in the historic center of Montepulciano. Reservations are recommended. The staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming; they even let us sample their excellent homemade olive oil.

I visited this small restaurant during my trip to Italy, and it truly left a lasting impression. The meal was outstanding — a memorable dining experience that will stay with me forever. The truffle pork was perfectly cooked; the meat was juicy and tender, with the truffle flavor beautifully balanced and not overpowering. Even the side bread was served with care and tasted homemade.
Be sure to end your meal with their panna cotta — I had the best berries panna cotta I’ve ever tasted here. If I ever return to Montepulciano, this humble and lovely restaurant will be my first stop. Highly recommend this hidden gem nestled in the Montepulciano mountain.

We went to Rosso Rubino last night. We received a warm welcome before and during dinner. The menu was well-balanced, with dishes always fresh and homemade. The pici and panna cotta were delicious. The owner was also very friendly and helpful.

A typical Tuscan restaurant, not for tourists, with top-quality food. The owners are very polite, friendly, and approachable. We had dinner this evening with our dog, who was kindly offered a bowl of fresh water and meat. We highly recommend the charcuterie board and house wine, as well as trying the olive oil (produced directly by them).
An excellent experience. We'll be back soon.

Restaurante incrível! O atendimento foi excelente, o ambiente é super gostoso. Nada de turistada, naquele dia por lá só estavam almoçando os locais. A comida é muuuuito boa! Destaque para o carpaccio, pici ao ragu e a panacota (eu nem gosto de panacota mas essa estava divina). Se voltarmos a Montepulciano com certeza voltaremos aí!

Ristorantino piccolino in quel del centro storico, pulito e confortevole. Personale gentile e accorto. Cibo buono, ottimi i pici!!! Buono il dolce, che dire: da tornarci!!!!
