The terrace is certainly enchanting overlooking the Port of Trani, but the interior rooms are of an epochal refinement in a maritime style, characteristic to say the least, the welcome is superlative and the food is exquisite, fresh fish and particular Apulian wines. Definitely coming back.

Scrivo questa recensione dopo ben 10 giorni del nostro tour in Puglia. È stato il miglior ristorante con i veri sapori salentini! Ottime le orecchiette alla crudaiola, squisita l'insalata di mare, altrettanto il fritto

Gott sei Dank hat uns die Tochter, Marika, des Hauses angesprochen. Wir waren im besten Restaurant auf unserer Reise durch Apulien. Wir wurden als Fremde, wie Freunde aufgenommen, der Prosecco war erstklassig, dazu selbst produziertes Olivenöl mit Brot - das war schon eine Sensation für sich. Die bruschette und meine alici waren grandios, ich wechselte auf den Weißwein Bombino, war eine tolle Idee der Hausfrau. Meine Frau konsumierte Octopus gebraten, ich begnügte mich mit Nudeln und Venusmuscheln, es war einfach grandios. Und weil kein Platz für Dolce war, beschloss ich das herrliche Essen mit einem Glas Nero di Troja. Es war der stimmigste Abend dieser Woche.

25/01/2025: Tutto buono, personale gentile…2 piccoli appunti a parere mio per la pizza, l’impasto mi piacerebbe di più se fosse un po’ più salato, lo trovo abbastanza dolce (gusto mio) , e preferirei che la pizza non arrivi già tagliata in sei, c’è chi preferisce tagliarla in quattro, ma soprattutto se non ti accorgi che è già tagliata combini un pasticcio 😅…tagliando prima la base e mettendoci sopra i condimenti come i salumi potresti non accorgerti del pre-taglio e bisogna capire poi come dividerla per bene per non farla diventare in dieci pezzi sollevando i condimenti….Ragazzi non tagliere la prima 🙏🏻😁… in compenso bell’ambiente, personale simpatico e sollecito, buona qualità delle materie
