Pasquale number one, food?.... There are few 5 stars beautiful environment.

First of all: I would recommend Bar Rosa over the many restaurants nearby. The two of us had one antipasti, two starters, and one main course, and we were completely stuffed. The quality of the food was really good, and the sauces were delicate and not overly spicy. The price/performance ratio is good. However, the house wine (by the glass) could have been better quality. The wine was okay, but nothing more.

Lovely meal to round off our holiday. Friendly staff (especially the smiley gentleman), tasty food, great service. Very extensive wine list!

I opted for the mussels and clams, and it was nothing short of outstanding. The freshness of the seafood was immediately apparent – the mussels were tender and flavorful, and the clams were delicately briny, perfectly cooked and served in a light, aromatic broth that allowed the natural flavors to shine. Every bite tasted like the sea in the best possible way. My wife had the sea bass, and it was equally impressive. Cooked to perfection, the fish was moist and flaky with a crispy skin, delicately seasoned to bring out its full flavor. It was beautifully presented, showing the attention to detail that sets Rosa Dei Venti apart. The service was absolutely excellent – friendly, attentive, and professional without being intrusive. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived and were well taken care of throughout the evening. The atmosphere was relaxed yet elegant, with a warm Mediterranean charm that made our dinner feel special without being overly formal. We also enjoyed a selection of drinks and wine, all of which were carefully chosen and complemented our dishes beautifully. The wine list is well-curated with some excellent local options that are definitely worth exploring. In short, Rosa Dei Venti is a must-visit if you're in Trani. Whether you're a seafood lover or simply appreciate good food, great service, and a beautiful setting, this place delivers on all fronts. Highly recommended.
