Month of August, sun, emerald green lake, reservation at this restaurant for my husband and me. They reached our expectations with very refined and excellent quality cuisine... kindness and courtesy completed the day... I recommend going without hesitation.

Before arriving in Solto Collina on the provincial road overlooking Lake Iseo you will find Zù, a restaurant dedicated to fish with light Asian influences, the terrace overlooking the lake is very beautiful and offers an excellent view in both summer and winter. I opted for the 7-course tasting menu prepared by the kitchen, well-executed dishes even if with some defects or oversights, both in taste and in the composition of the dish. The most interesting and fun dish is spaghetti with watermelon "sauce", very playful and summery. However, the journey was pleasant and well orchestrated by the very kind guys in the room, the Mise en place was beautiful, essential and elegant, the wine list was also good and if you don't opt ​​for the pairing of glasses it offers a good selection with possible choices also for content markups. There is a good quality/price ratio considering what is proposed, in conclusion a cuisine with growth potential, pleasant for a lunch overlooking the lake.

Beautiful location!! Delicious food, served very quickly, 4-course menu ready in 1 hour!! Not appropriate for such an exquisite kitchen that they pretend to be Only Italians are allowed to sit in the best seats (view of the lake), we were allowed to sit at the back, while 1 table was occupied upon arrival! This should be better for the price we had to pay.
