Restaurant in the center of Colonnata, small but characteristic in the central square of the town, we had a series of starters and two first courses, a liter of wine and coffee, the service was very approximate, total €35 per person.

It is the first time I have come to this restaurant located in the central square of the town of Colonnata, I went for lunch where I tasted a series of mixed crostini with Colonnata lard, and two first courses, all accompanied by a bottle of wine. Nice atmosphere, good service, the price is a little excessive.

It's been a while since I've been back to eat at Venanzio's, everything was magical as always! The tasting menu fully satisfied me, from the appetizers with lard, cheese flan with truffles and more... to the first courses, the classic ravioli and the blackboard... the second courses with attention to detail... In short, absolutely worth trying because in addition to the cuisine, Colonnata is a magical place

Era tempo che non tornavo a Colonnata. Il ristorante Venanzio lo conoscevo e ritornarci è stato come entrare la prima volta. Tutto perfetto, cucinato con passione e i sapori accattivanti. Grazie veramente per l'ospitalità! La magia di Colonnata in un ristorante strepitoso

This is the most outstanding restaurant in the Piazzetta of Colonnata. After a scroll in town walking along the old narrow street, you feel has come time to eat the so famous lardo. So this is one of the places to go. Sitting on the little terrace these are just some of the dishes I would recommend. Just take your time. If you lucky to be there on a summer evening, this it would be probably your ideal time to be there. You only have to worry about the mosquitoes always around to annoy you. But the food and atmosphere will compensate you.
