Ristorante Trevisani In Bassano del grappa

18/02/2025: We came to this restaurant for Valentine's Day dinner, as soon as we arrived they made us sit on the veranda which, although beautiful, was still cold, especially at the tables in front of the door. Regarding the table, I would like to say that it makes no sense to seat a couple who arrived practically first in front of the door, and to seat perhaps further behind couples who arrived literally half an hour/an hour later (when we arrived in an empty room, we asked to move the table and were told no, what's the point of not moving it since they were all tables for two??) The dishes were good, you could feel the quality, we appreciated that the revision was also done. The dessert, however, didn't excite us, it was very dry and there was three times as much cream as the "red velvet". A very serious flaw in my opinion was not changing the glass from white wine to red wine, so much so that it was pointed out by another person but rightly only her glass was changed.. Overall, I recommend improving the service given the prices of the place and the sophisticated environment they are trying to create.

08/02/2025: They recommended this place where we were staying. What can I say... they let us sit on the veranda but unfortunately we didn't like it very much given the outside temperatures and the door which kept being opened by the staff. The dishes were very good, the flavors were balanced... The only "negative" note was the portions, which were really small. I also found the price a little above average.
