Rustic, Bavarian-style, and welcoming. Perfect for those who want to enjoy some typical Trentino dishes. They also offer basic dishes like the famous carbonara. Generous portions and fair prices.
Good house wine. There's also a good selection of specialty beers.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
Fast service. The restaurant is located in a fairly central area, easily accessible on foot.

A bit hidden, but worth the search.
Everyone was very friendly.
Four of us had dinner: one pizza, two goulash dishes with dumplings and polenta, and one veal dish with potatoes and onions. Everything was delicious, tasty, and beautifully plated.
We were truly satisfied. The prices were very reasonable. Must try.

Sono grandi, leggere e gli ingredienti di qualità. La scelta di birre è davvero vasta e ottima.Il personale è cordiale e gentile in una location tipicamente decorata. Sono presenti piatti tipici della tradizione trentina.
Un po' nascosta da ogni sguardo, indiscreto o meno (si entra attraverso un piccolo tunnel che dà su Piazza Santa Maria Maggiore), La Rosa d'Oro è un classico di Trento, soprattutto in estate quando apre il giardino esterno. Ideale per grandi gruppi, in quanto vi trovate di tutto, soprattutto piatti trentini e altoatesini e pizze (io opterei per i primi).L'interno del locale è tipicamente in stile tirolese, strizzando anche un po' l'occhio ai turisti. Ma d'altra parte anche bere una buona birra in un ambiente caratteristico non è male! I prezzi sono nella media.
