A classic restaurant with excellent seafood and a superb wine list. The creamy scampi risotto deserves a special mention. Overall, the service was attentive and fast, and the desserts we tried also lived up to expectations: the chocolate truffle and Lancusi's frozen fruttini were excellent. Highly recommended.

This is our favorite restaurants in Rome. The food has been consistently excellent over the years: Fresh seafood. Wonderful wine selection. Amazing staff.

Excellent and warm service. Impeccable place, with history. Very good food, but very high prices. Never order lobster... Every time I go to Rome, I always go there to eat; I sit down and they make me feel right at home. Tables on the sidewalk; a very quiet place, half a block from Via Nazionale.

Classic reference place to eat fish in Rome. It also has an impressive wine cellar. The pasta with shrimp and truffle justifies the trip alone.

A client strongly recommnded I go so I did and they were right: simply amazing. As a solo traveler who went for an early dinner, it would have been easy to ignore me, but thebopposite happened. The maitre d' made me feel very welcome and well taken care of. The food was very, very good. I would return any season!

The restaurant is located just steps from the Quirinale Palace; my wife and I make it a regular stop when we pass through Rome. The food is top-notch; both the raw and cooked dishes are delicious. If you want to have a great evening, I recommend going.

13/02/2026: A welcoming, experienced bartender offers drinks, excellent wines, excellent beers, sandwiches, and pasta dishes. On Sunday mornings, they serve delicious, fresh mini pastries, both at the counter and to take home. It doesn't have large dining rooms, but it does offer seating for 16 inside and 10 outside in the smoking area. It also has a sofa and a friendly, helpful staff. The bathroom is accessible, but the steps from the street are not. It also has public parking with a parking disc. I recommend it to everyone.
