If you have a first impression, the environment must be average, but you have to know that this restaurant established in the 1940s can be today with amazing taste and magical existence, including the professionalism of all service staff. I was extremely impressed with this experience at this restaurant. The service was impeccable from start to finish, with friendly and helpful waiters who made our evening even more enjoyable. The food was of the highest quality, with dishes that not only pleased the palate but also the eyes. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect, from the preparation of the dishes to the presentation of the restaurant. Excellent experience on a warm early spring evening. Since it was a business dinner, the menu was established so we were unable to make any changes to what was expected. The dinner was of a high standard both in terms of the very fresh starters and the main fish course. The salmon tortelli were excellent although if we had been able to choose we would have happily tried spaghetti with lobster. Good level of service although in our opinion a periodic refresher is needed on some basics such as, for example, how to serve wine. Positive experience to be repeated.

Locale storico nel centro di Roma di cui ho apprezzato il servizio, la disponibilità, l’attenzione per il cliente, la qualità dei prodotti ed anche la cucina, tradizionale ma non entusiasmante.
Il rapporto qualità prezzo è da riferire alla storia del locale, al contesto e alla sua frequentazione, ma forse solo questo oggi non basta più.

Ho scelto questo ristorante perché ci ero stata altre volte con la mia famiglia e lo avevo promesso alla mia migliore amica per festeggiare il mio 50 compleanno. È stata davvero una bella serata. Gentilezza nel servizio, alta professionalità e ottimo cibo. L’insalata di carciofi e gamberi eccelsa e il risotto alla crema di scampi molto buono. Anche la crostatina con crema e fragoline davvero molto buona. Un’ottima bottiglia di Pinot Grigio Jermann per condire il tutto
I prezzi sono davvero sopra la media ma la qualità è davvero di alto livello. Se mi posso permettere, il ricarico di alcune bottiglie di vino è un po’ eccessivo. Per il resto tutto molto bene e sicuramente tornerò
