Fantastic food and a super welcoming atmosphere! The owner is incredibly kind. Definitely worth a try! I'm really satisfied!

Average restaurant with a few standout dishes. Reservations are not required, but strongly recommended as it's always busy. I had the eggplant parmigiana, which was truly excellent and not too greasy. I honestly would have avoided the welcome plate of olives and pieces of focaccia (at least in terms of shape and presentation). The macaroni alla norma was excellent, although the portions were a bit large in my opinion. The pizzas were very good. Prices were reasonable considering the area.

I'm returning to this place after more than ten years, and everything is just as I remembered it... the same faces at the entrance (the only thing missing was Mr. Armando, who, I was reassured, I might see again in the morning), the same decor, and the same menu. I'm back to my favorite pizza and the atmosphere of "old Milan." It's all so reassuring that I was moved and wanted to say "thank you"... thank you for remaining authentic without bowing to the innovation that some chefs suggest (or impose), and because, thanks also to your cuisine, we are first in the world in terms of intangible cultural heritage of humanity.

A historic restaurant, well-known for both its pizza and its cuisine. One of the few in Milan with non-paper tablecloths and napkins. Extensive menu of both, impeccable service. High food quality. Moderate noise. Below-average prices, truly excellent.

We arrived by chance and asked for a table for six, which was assigned to us very quickly. Ordering required speed, but since we don't speak Italian, we had to translate the menus… the waiter was awful… The starter was very good: prosciutto with mozzarella, 10/10. When the main courses arrived, one of the dishes was delivered, and they tried to pull a fast one on us, but thank goodness the owner was there. Take back the dish and quickly bring the correct one. Throughout the entire meal, the waiter kept staring at us, which was very awkward. My daughter finished first, and the rest of us hadn't finished. In my culture, you don't take food away until everyone has finished eating. We pointed this out to him, and he was condescending, saying that in Italy, that's how it's done. I'm Portuguese, I've been to Italy several times, and this is the first time I've experienced anything like this. But they didn't like it. Another waitress came over and did the same thing. Things escalated, and thankfully, the owner came over and agreed with us... he even offered us limoncello. Well done to the owner, but be careful with your employees.

Pleasant outdoor seating area, good service, and very tasty pizzas. We enjoyed it a lot!

À proximité du parc et du musée d’histoire naturelle nous avons choisi au hasard ce restaurant. Le cadre est très sympathique mettant en évidence les photos du passé de la ville. Nous avons été servi rapidement et les plats sont bons sans être très cher pour la localisation. Le risotto est copieux et goûteux. Le café est très bon.

Abbiamo cenato da Maruzzella per la prima volta e siamo stati felicissimi. Accoglienza super piacevole, stavamo apsettando il nostro tavolo e nel mentre ci hanno offerto un calice di bollicine durante l'attesa. Serata con vista super: porta Venezia. Un grazie speciale a Nunzia che ci ha seguiti durante la cena! Bravissima e super gentile! Ritorneremo con la nostra famiglia e amici.
