Excellent raw materials, excellent cuisine, excellent service, excellent price. I highly recommend this restaurant and, if possible, to return to taste the entire La Rosa menu it offers. For me, I was just missing the pizza: it means I'll be back ☺️

In the beautiful and historic Pacentro, in addition to the atmosphere of an ancient time, you can eat well-cooked typical dishes at the La Maiella Restaurant.
The fried pizzarelle with 4 different flavors, the mixed grill of local products and the sheep skewers and the spicy pan-fried Friarielli are excellent, without forgetting the excellent baked potatoes and the local house wine.
Good final dessert and really powerful coffee.

Good restaurant with a touch of originality. Local dishes, some of which are innovative, such as pappardella with bacon, honey tomatoes. The truffle-flavoured guitars are also decent. The craft beers of Mezzopasso were an interesting discovery.

Found by chance, but chance couldn't have found us a better place. We took these homemade gnocchi with white boar ragù and wild mugnoletti and sheep's first salt.

Very nice & good authentic restaurant with knowledgeable staff for gluten-free food options (senza glutine!!!); they serve gluten free bread and can adjust pasta dishes with gluten-free noodles. Pizza available gluten-free as well, yet during dinner time only, not for lunch/pranzo.
Second person had Gnocchi with wild boar and goat cheese which was great as well! Can recommend the place in this beautiful, tiny mountain village!

Wir hatten Carpaccio, Pizza fritta und Lammkoteletts. Sehr gutes Fleisch und das Lamm noch saftig. Carpaccio war mit Trüffel garniert.
Sehr guter Montepulciano Hauswein. Freundliches Personal.
