The white wild boar ragù is a work of art, as are the fried pizzas and meatballs.

The dishes were well-presented and very good. The prices, in my opinion, were too high compared to other restaurants in the area. The restaurant's elegance is certainly a justification.

A simple trattoria on a square in the center of town. We ate on the veranda, where it was quite warm. The cheese platter was varied, tasty, and accompanied by excellent jams. The first courses weren't overly flavorful and had a slightly runny base. The wild broccoli and the house white wine, an organic pecorino, were delicious. The staff were very friendly and professional. Overall, a good restaurant, but without too many pretensions.

Small restaurant in the historic center of Pacentro. Very friendly staff and traditional dishes. Recommended are the liver arrosticini (in addition to the traditional ones) and the pasta dishes like pappardelle and stracinati.

We arrived without a reservation and were greeted with a big smile and a truly rare kindness. They assured us they would do their best to seat us as quickly as possible and, after a short wait, they seated us in the splendid dining room. The professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness of the staff deserve special mention: the two waitresses who looked after us were simply fantastic, attentive, smiling, and always impeccable. Truly top-notch service, which made our evening even more enjoyable. But the real highlight was the food: simply exceptional! The trio of fried pizzas was spectacular: hot, crispy, perfectly seasoned, and most importantly, not at all greasy. Truly delicious! And the first courses? Homemade pasta, authentic flavors, and truly excellent quality. Every dish won us over, and you can sense all the care and passion that goes into the kitchen. It was a delightful discovery, and we left feeling completely satisfied. My sincere compliments to the entire staff for their professionalism and to the kitchen for the extraordinary quality of their dishes. Absolutely recommended! If we return to Pacentro, it will be a must-visit.

Highly recommended. It was already 2:30 PM and we thought we wouldn't be accepted, but instead we were given a very kind welcome. Everything was excellent and truly impeccably presented. We had a very rich and plentiful Majella appetizer, a tagliolini with saffron and truffle cream that was truly superb, and a caciocavallo wrapped in filo pastry with a side of mugnoli, a mouth-watering wild local vegetable. Everything was served with courtesy and kindness. What can I say? It exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it. Best regards to all the staff.

It was my second time visiting this restaurant. The food and presentation in the dishes were highly appreciated and exceptional. Very good service. They were prepared and very aware of what they were serving and presenting us. We did not have pizza. Their pasta was amazing. They usually have 5 varieties, wich does make sense since the chef can concentrate on the main ingredients, (which the base of many are made by the chef and staff themselves) and their presentation. As dessert I do recommend the ferrarelle con crema Chantilly and their ownmade wilberry sauce as topping. They transmit pride in what they do. And I am proud of them! Bravissimi!!
