This is one of those restaurants where you’re treated like family. We probably went to this restaurant more than the others. Wonderful food and amazing service. We always had Claudia as our server and she was always so personable and always checking on our table.
Everything on the menu is amazing. They also have burgers for dinner if you ever want a break from all the pasta and pizza :)

Highly recommended. TOP value for money!
We had lunch at this restaurant in Pacentro while passing through, and it was a truly memorable experience. The dishes were prepared with such professionalism and love, combined with the friendliness of the staff in a unique, family-friendly dining room. The appetizer trio of fried pizzas was delicious, dry, and very gourmet. The first courses were excellently balanced, accompanied by an excellent, crisp Cerasuolo wine.
Run by a young married couple, full of passion, honesty, and love for their work.

I brought back my family, we ate here three times. My other reviews explain why. A Keynote is communicating with the owner by email to make a reservation while we are traveling that makes it easy to enjoy our time sightseeing and with flexibility communicate with them. Beyond the great food, being able to communicate electronically for a Reservation is appreciated.

The cacio e ova balls were amazing, the maltagliati were delicious and truly unique.
The homemade bread was still warm 😋

Can I give more than 5 stars?
We ordered two first courses and a second course. The chitarra and maltagliati were truly excellent. The service was impeccable. Picentro will remain in our hearts for its castle and this restaurant.

Excellent food, pleasant atmosphere, well-integrated into the town's historic context.
