We loved everything: delicious food, friendly staff. The recommended wine was wonderful. We especially loved the shrimp parpadelle, a divine dish. We came for lunch without a reservation.

The Piedmontese antipasto was one of the highlights: balanced, well-prepared, with distinct and recognizable flavors, without that "assembled dish" feeling that unfortunately often occurs. The pâté was remarkable, intense yet delicate, with a perfect consistency and a full, memorable flavor. The Russian salad was also very good, finally delicate, well-structured, and not overpowering, with each ingredient clearly present without overpowering the others. Overall, all the dishes were top-notch: appropriate portions, outstanding ingredients, and a cuisine that focuses on substance rather than showiness—a choice that personally rewards. The atmosphere was refined and relaxing, the service attentive but never intrusive, and the price was fair for what was served. A restaurant where you eat truly well and leave satisfied, feeling like you've chosen the right place.
