Unfortunately, the menu has been drastically changed, meaning many excellent dishes are gone. But it's still good 👍

Luckily, we caught the last night where we could enjoy the spaghetti alla pescatore, rated 11. The wine cellar is still extensive. We wanted to return, but unfortunately it's closed. WHAT A SHAME!!!!! Next year, we'll organize ourselves better. Wait for us, Barbara, we're coming!

The food was excellent and the service was perfect. Apart from Italian, it’s no problem to communicate in German or English. Everyone is smiling and very friendly. We visited at the very end of the season, and even though they must have been exhausted after the busy summer, they handled everything flawlessly. As for the food – it’s simply amazing. Wonderfully seasoned, perfectly balanced flavors – truly authentic Italy. The prices are reasonable, considering the location between a hotel, apartment houses, and the beach. Pizza €9–11, pasta €11–15, drinks €3–6. And the portions are big! The restaurant also offers pizza to take away, which is a great option after a long day trip or for families with children who don’t sit still :) We are really looking forward to coming back next year for another visit. :)

We've eaten here several times and had some very good meals. Everything is just perfect; it couldn't be better!

Even at the end of the season, the entire staff remains highly motivated. The food is, as always, fantastic, and the final grappa is perfect. Thanks to Barbara and her crew, and we hope Fausto will join us again.

We've been coming to Lido Altanea Beach since 2006. Dinner at the Altamarea Restaurant is a must for us. The very friendly owner and her staff make every effort to fulfill our every wish. The food is delicious. The prices are reasonable. We'll be happy to return and highly recommend the restaurant.

We've been coming to this wonderful restaurant for eight years. The food and pizzas are outstanding. If you enjoy fish dishes, you absolutely have to try this outstanding cuisine. Barbara and her lovely husband, the owners of this restaurant, are truly lovely people. Their staff is well trained by the owners and is always highly motivated. We're already looking forward to 2026, when we'll be pampered again. Thank you to the family and their staff.
