Unfortunately I had to delete my previous 5-star rating. The Altamarea seems to have new staff. The team apparently still needs to come together. There were three of us and everything that could go wrong went wrong. Once spaghetti pomodoro con basilico came without basulim. Completely spice-free in taste. The hamburger we ordered couldn't be prepared due to the lack of a bun, so the cook came and asked if just the meat with salad and fries would be possible. We then decided on nuggets with fries, which tasted good. The bruschetta consists of four slices of toasted white bread and a bowl of barely seasoned tomato salad. The spaghetti vongole we ordered was completely forgotten. When they came I had to let them go back because they were covered in lots of small pieces of shell, which felt like a lot of sand between my teeth when I chewed them. But on the second attempt it worked wonderfully. Nothing more could go wrong when the restaurant is almost empty. Pizza is currently not available (Easter 2025). The team is super friendly and we will give Altamarea another chance in June 😊
