The best restaurant in the province of Turin! LOCATION: Elegant, clean, and welcoming. SERVICE: Attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Knowledgeable about the wine list and attentive to allergies and intolerances. MENU: High-quality ingredients, sophisticated dishes with a strong visual impact (nothing short of many Michelin-starred restaurants). It's impossible not to appreciate the chef's creativity and talent. BILL: Extremely fair.

19/07/2026: We dined as a couple, ordering an appetizer of Alba beef, Bra sausage, and Fassona tartare, two main courses: veal cheek with white wine and potato cream, and braised beef in Nebbiolo with a side of potatoes. We ordered a Cortese del Monferrato for wine, and a Bunet for dessert. The service was impeccable, courteous, and attentive, the ingredients were high-quality, and the portions balanced. Highly recommended!
13/07/2026: An authentic Piedmontese restaurant with truly traditional dishes that you simply must try at least once in your life, such as Bagna Cauda, ​​a unique thick sauce containing anchovies and garlic, among other ingredients, served with vegetables. The dessert, a typical Piedmontese pudding with cocoa, coffee, and nuts, is a delight.

Talent Cafe' Lounge Bar

21/07/2026: The place is on Via Pietro Cossa, not Piazza Castello... We're behind the Vallette neighborhood, with bad people, drug dealing, etc., so it doesn't make sense for a non-alcoholic drink to cost €10, especially with all the seats... At least there's parking behind, which you can only find if you arrive at 10:00 PM. The waiter was bored, didn't speak (he seemed mute), and wouldn't look us in the eye... he didn't contribute to a better evening at Talent. I didn't like it and won't be returning.
