Awesome place in Positano. Food was great but the staff and atmosphere made this a must go. They had live music with a guy playing guitar and singing. The staff were also singing famous Italian songs while they worked. Very family type vibe that we loved. We sat near the kitchen which is open so I could watch all the magic happen. Might not be for everyone but I throughly enjoyed watching the older Italian guys in their element displaying their craft.

If you’re dining with your kids stay away. The food was good, but unfortunately, the service was poor.
We visited with our three children, aged 10, 8, and 1. Throughout our meal, the waiter did not check on us even once. I had to actively seek out a staff member to request water and to inform them we were ready to order. This significantly detracted from our experience.

Perfect place to grab an authentic plate and good wine that won't break the bank. The restaurant operates like a family. As people came in to start their shift, they say down at a table to eat together. The food was so delicious we went back our second night in town.

This restaurant also deserves praise for its many facets: from the kitchens emerge carefully prepared, delicious dishes that will have you coming back. And to the wait staff, who welcome you with a smile and make you feel right at home. Just allow for a short wait if you visit during peak lunch and dinner hours (after all, this is the case at other restaurants too). Enjoy the view and then... sit down to dinner.

EXCELLENT food, fun service from the waiters who are super laid-back and will even sing on the job! They have singers at dinner who are excellent. I had the linguine with lobster, delicious!

The atmosphere was perfect! All the waiters were energetic and personable. The guitarist was perfect and it was so fun to join him, the staff and other patrons in song. Not to mention the food, the best we have had in Italy!

An incredible experience in Positano.
If you're looking for a typical restaurant away from the glitz and glamour of Positano, Le Méditerranée is the place for you. The waiters are lovely, the musician Pietro creates a fantastic atmosphere with his Italian songs, and the food is excellent. I highly recommend it!

Questo locale è gestito da ragazzi che ci sanno fare con le persone: ottima accoglienza e servizio. Cucina modesta (gli scialatielli non sono stati apprezzati dai miei commensali), la mia pasta, patate e cozze, non era male, ma niente di più. Gli antipasti, a detta del cameriere erano da condividere, ma contenevano una sola bruschetta. Non erano male, ma le zucchine fritte erano ripiene di ricotta, cosa non specificata nel menu. Prezzi alti, a livello di Positano, ma ben oltre la soddisfazione procurata.
