Wonderful restaurant, where you can eat healthy and delicious fish, meat, and Roman pasta recipes. The entire team is excellent and exceptional, and the owner, Carmine, stands out above all others: he is one of a kind! Highly recommended.

Bit of a roller coaster experience. Started out seeing reviews that praised the service/atmosphere, as well as the carbonara. We sit down and see the menu clearly states they do not charge a service fee. Good start. Turns out they charge for the bread they brought out though. My carbonara was not good. Eggs were overcooked and scrambled in the sauce. Something I could've made at home lol. The rest of the pasta dishes were nice though. We also ordered a bufala mozzarella - I even pointed at this on the menu while saying "bufala." We didn't get any bufala though and instead they brought out a pork chop. Funny enough the pork chop was delicious and ended up being my favorite thing of the meal. So my main gripe was the terrible carbonara, and charging for bread when we never asked to have it. Everything else was redeemable to a degree.

I visited here while sightseeing in Rome. I ordered carbonara, amatriciana, and seafood fritters, and everything was absolutely delicious. The thick pasta was perfectly cooked and had a rich flavor that was amazing. The carbonara had a traditional taste with a strong egg and cheese flavor, and the amatriciana was much more delicious than the one I had in Japan. The prices were reasonable overall, and I think it's a really delicious restaurant that's loved by local regulars. The staff were also kind, and we enjoyed a great meal.

The best carbonara and Aperol spritz in Rome! We've been there twice, and every dish was delicious, so I couldn't decide which one was the best. Whatever you order, you won't be disappointed. This small traditional restaurant is staffed by outstanding chefs and professional waiters.

E’ un ottimo ristorante vecchio stile romano. Uno di quei locali nei quali ritrovi la sostanza in tutto. Cibo, materie prime, servizio. Lontani anni luce dai fronzoli alla Masterchef…. Qui si mangiano i piatti della tradizione romana, schietti e sinceri come la roma di qualche anno fa. Consigliato sia per la carne che per il pesce.

Restaurante italiano muy tradicional de estilo antiguo que tenía una importante clientela italiana mayor local disfrutando de comida y vino tradicionales. Muy buen servicio acompañado de sabrosa comida simple y vino.

Ristorante Greco Akropolis

25/06/2025: I have been to this Greek restaurant in the heart of Trastevere twice and it really surprised me. Everything is prepared with care, the quality is very high and every dish I tasted (more than half the menu, there were many of us) was a discovery: authentic, rich, balanced flavors. The restaurant is of Cretan origin, so there are also typical Cretan dishes that are difficult to find elsewhere. The sauces are all homemade, very good, you can taste the difference. Among the dishes I recommend: the mix of sauces to share, perfect if you are with more than one person; the baked feta with honey, truly delicious; the meat moussaka, which I found amazing; and my absolute favorite, the lamb rack, a real house specialty. Attentive and fast service, good wine list with Greek labels. The only note is that the prices are a little above average and the portions are not huge: to leave full it is better to take at least two courses each. A full dinner is about 30 € per person, but it's worth it. For me it was the best Greek restaurant I've ever eaten at. I will definitely go back.

14/08/2025: Pub with a Shining-inspired decor 🧡 A very nice place where we stopped for a quick bite to eat. The decor is very nice, which makes you want to stay inside rather than go out on the terrace! The cocktails are original and very good. Unless I'm mistaken, I think some are original creations. For dinner, we had a beef tagliata, which was very good and well-seasoned. But I still think this place is more suitable for simply having a drink or two with friends. As for the service, it's decent. In short, we enjoyed our experience at this brasserie, which is a bit different from the other places we're used to in the capital.
