There's really not much to say. Traditional Murgia dishes made with quality ingredients, explained at the table by the owner. A true experience that transports you to your grandmother's house in Minervino and makes you feel like a child again, served and pampered.

If you're looking to experience traditional home cooking, then this is the place for you! Simple (but not easy...) dishes typical of Puglia, prepared as they once were and using only local ingredients!
And I almost forgot: the prices are also traditional, where eating well didn't mean breaking the bank...

Tradition is here, both in name and in fact. We felt at home; the staff was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. The food was truly sublime, with many dishes each better than the last. The flavors and people of yesteryear are absolutely recommended!

We went last year for Ferragosto and had no complaints. Fantastic, warm, and friendly service, and the food was delicious, from appetizers to desserts with coffee—a journey through Puglian tradition.

Locale molto caratteristico nel cuore di Minervino Murge, non tantissimi coperti, anche per questo è consigliabile prenotare con congruo anticipo.
Il Menu è casereccio e abbastanza vario con una carrellata di antipasti per cominciare, che spaziano dai salumi, alle verdure (peperoni, asparagi, rape..) ai formaggi, alle fritture.
Poi si prosegue con degli ottimi primi, meglio se si scelgono due assaggini.
Dolce, amaro e caffè a fine pasto. Tutto molto abbondante e ad un prezzo contenuto, servizio nella norma.
Ci tornerò, anche per provare la grigliata mista di carne.

Pranzo in famiglia, nel cuore di Minervino, tra piatti veraci, ricchi di tradizione, con prodotti di qualità , per assaporare la cucina murgiana. Un antipasto con più portate, davvero eccezzionale, abbondante, tra nodini, funghi, polpettine fritte di cicoria, ricotta. Bis di primo di pasta fatta in casa, assaggio di l’maricidd inmancabile. Magnifici anche i dolci e gli amari. Personale gentilissimo. Sicuramente torneremo a trovarvi! Grazie!
