Authentic flavors between Puglia and Lucania Definitely one of the best restaurants I've ever encountered. "Tradizione" is an institution in the Italian and Murgese culinary scene. Whenever I go to Minervino, a lunch stop at La Tradizione has been a must for years. The atmosphere is friendly and family-friendly, and the menu is delicious, featuring all the specialties of the Murgia region. Highly recommended!

17/05/2026: We went to this restaurant for a family dinner of four and had a truly wonderful time. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive throughout the evening. The dishes were carefully crafted, with excellent quality ingredients and truly delightful flavors. We also loved the ambiance: welcoming, elegant, and meticulously crafted. Definitely a place we'll happily return to!

I'm allergic to shellfish, but here I felt safe and relaxed, given the attention offered. Highly recommended.
