Cena fantastica, gentilissimo il personale di sala. Antipasto abbondante e gustoso, contiene praticamente il meglio del meglio della cucina murgiana (pane, verdure, carne, peperoni, formaggi). Tutto squisito!

I found everything perfect, the food was amazing in all courses I couldn't find any faults, the service 🔝 ..very friendly, patient and nice and finally the environment I found it fantastic...what can I say, try it to believe it

Let me start by saying that in Minervino I have aunts and relatives who cook very well. One evening my cousin insisted on taking me...wow...truly traditional dishes and all the fresh pasta is handmade by them. Very fresh and quality products. Excellent house wine... and after the meal enjoy a glass of artisanal Rosolio. Every time I return to Minervino I will definitely return

A restaurant where you can taste all the flavors of the Apulian tradition. Sublime appetizer where you can enjoy dishes with a thousand flavours. Excellent orecchiette with turnip greens and anchovies, in short you have to go to this restaurant to discover the excellent service and friendliness of the staff. Pranzo di "fine anno" con altri due meravigliosi amici. Locale consigliato da me perché ci ero già stata diverse volte con la mia famiglia. Ma è sempre un po' come tornare a casa . Questa osteria tipica delle Murge regala infatti la sensazione di un abbondante ed ottimo pranzo a casa per il cibo eccezionale , abbondante ed anche genuino, per i Sapori caserecci e per l'ospitalità del proprietario Giacomo. Antipasti sempre ottimi, arrosto misto di carne fatto bene , dolci buoni ma I troccoli con i funghi meritano poi sempre un encomio a parte. Prezzo dai 35 ai 40 euro a persona e direi più che onesto. Consigliato e ci torneremo ancora ed ancora.
