Ristorante La Luna In Roma

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights at the end of our trip. The rooms are spacious with nice linens but the bathtub/shower combination was a bit tricky to get in and out of. The breakfast included was adequate and the hotel is centrally located to many attractions. The hallways to the rooms could be upgraded to give a nicer appearance when going to your room.

The shower was a bit of a disappointment because it was broken, but it didn't affect us that much. Otherwise, it was perfect, I would come back again. The buffet was delicious, the room was very nice, the staff was quite friendly, and the views from the top floor were divine.

Just to manage expectations & enjoy the Italian Experience, this is no 5-star hotel in any shape or form. Probably a 3-star, based on the overall offering. The location is great, the restaurant view is also great but this is more or less where it strops. Rooms & facilities are average.

Just perfect, like real holiday at Rome from the movie

Classified as 5 stars but in my opinion in other cities it would be a superior 3 star or 4 star. The standard room has a very small bathroom. Excellent breakfast, very rich and varied, both savory and sweet. Pleasant view from the terrace on the top 2 floors. Excellent location on Via Nazionale to reach the center on foot. Only sore point: the poor information that was given to me by phone by the girls at the reception to reach the parking lot on Via del Viminale 3 where we left the car for 2 days. The entrance to the parking lot is in an ancient brick tower with a papal inscription in marble and a marble arch WITHOUT A SIGN so it is really a challenge to find it. The parking manager never answered the phone calls and messages sent....we went around the block 3 times before we managed to understand that that was the entrance to the parking lot....in the traffic of Rome it was a nightmare and we lost an hour going back and forth.

After booking, we were a little worried about people's opinions, and we expected to have problems. Nothing could be further from the truth. Excellent service, the room was spotless and free of cosmetic defects or damaged equipment. The attention from all staff, including the lobby, kitchen, and other hotel workers, was always cordial and attentive. It's in an excellent location, and if I had to make any suggestions, I'd only recommend more modern TV equipment so we could use some platforms. And that the windows be made dark in some way, since we were given an interior room facing the back of a building, forcing us to be careful when opening the curtains. Would I book with them again? Without hesitation.

Excellent hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The location is excellent so you can go everywhere in the city.

We celebrated an eighteenth birthday on the terrace, a room reserved for the family! Excellent welcome, good menu and quality of food, central location and beautiful view of Rome.

The "Junior Suite" is very large and well appointed. But it is becoming dilapidated and a refresh would do it good. The bed was comfortable but the pillows a little hard. For those who need darkness to sleep, consider a night mask. The bathtub was not whirlpool (contrary to what was noted in the description) but large enough. The buffet upstairs (nice view of Rome) was mainly stocked with savory dishes, the choice for sweets could have been more extensive. Too bad the fruit juices weren't "pure juice". The staff was pleasant. The location is ideal for sightseeing but close to a pub with music playing.
