Ristorante La Luna In Roma

The staff was wonderful! The dining on the 9th floor restaurant was superb.

Too too expensive 8 a.m. people start screaming in the hallways. Room without windows Be careful, you pay €10 per day in addition to the hotel price.

Perfect location. Clean room. Good service. Great breakfast included. 20 minutes walk to the attractions. The Roman colluseeum, The Roman Forum, Trevini Fountain. 5 minutes walk to the train station. Couldn't have been better.

The staff is very friendly, especially at reception and in the restaurant. It is also cleaned properly. Unfortunately, the rooms are already getting old (at least that's how it seems) - worn bathroom, squeaky toilet and BD. Ventilation didn't work in our bathroom, the room was large but had no windows - mold formation was inevitable.

Rooms are very small and I don't know how there are 5 stars, it does not correspond to them. The location of the hotel is very good.

Just got back from spending the weekend in Rome! The City itself was incredible and definitely worth multiple re visits at some point in the near future as there is far too much to see! The hotel is about 30-40 mins from the airport. There is so much to see and do in and round the hotel as the location was perfect!! The hotel itself was great, nothing spectacular, but served our purpose, and we would most definitely stay there again. The staff throughout the hotel were excellent and I could not fault any of them! We stayed in a junior suite which was nice as the bedroom and bathroom was upstairs. The drinks in the room were complimentary which was a nice touch also!! The roof top for breakfast was great, as was the bar for afternoon cocktails. Definitely worth a visit!

Unfortunately I only realized this after 2 days that they put us in the room that we did NOT book. I took the standard room, but looking at the photos on the website I see that we are in the smallest room, the 18m2 one. The bathroom really needs to be completely redone. The curtains do not close completely and I reported this fact to the reception twice, nothing was done or said, so in the early morning you see the light and you can no longer sleep. The entire curtain system is to to review. Cleaning - normal. Breakfast - 4 stars. They don't have a gym. Mattress without topper, hard. The only positive note is the breakfast staff. I don't know how it still has 5 stars. I would say it's a sincere 4 stars. The experience service with the guide Virgilio was nice, very interesting and useful. Compliments. But I wouldn't go back.

On the surface it seems a bit vintage furnished but it is a good hotel with large and clean rooms. All the comforts and the staff is very kind. The hotel is very central, always full of people. It has a beautiful breakfast terrace overlooking the rooftops of Rome.
