We ate here the night we arrived in Cefalu, and we were very lucky to find such a friendly and cosy restaurant, with delicious traditional Sicilian food. We enjoyed it so much we came back for a second night. Our favourites included: the herring and orange starter, both of the rigatoni pasta dishes on the menu, and the delicious swordfish involtini - all accompanied by a few glasses of the Nero d’Avola. Also very reasonably priced. 100% recommend!

The most delicious home cooked meal in all of Cefalù. Service was friendly and it felt like we were eating right at home. It was raining super hard and the owners let us stay after closing to let the rain pass by ❤️ make sure you leave room for dessert it was so so yummy. The meal was also very affordable. Make sure you make a reservation. It was busy even during low season.

Absolutely fantastic restaurant in Cefalu. Enjoying wonderful Sicilian dishes amidst a crowd of locals. We started with vegetables in Gorgonzola sauce, followed by swordfish rolls and spaghetti with swordfish and pesto. For dessert, we had a very good tiramisu. The service was very friendly. The fact that the restaurant has been successful and popular for many years speaks for itself.

Very authentic! Lots of locals at the end of November, and the place was packed at 9 pm. The Dutch-Indonesian/Italian European owner, with his mother, runs a truly unique restaurant with so much heart ❤️! Fantastic and delicious! The rabbit was amazing, as was the atmosphere! 👍🏽 PS: A wine fridge would be the icing on the cake 😂

Très beau décor et accueil chaleureux. Plats typiques et délicieux. Cuisine traditionnelle à ne pas rater. Nous avons également apprécié la musique qui apporte une belle ambiance.

11/11/2025: A very rustic place, the unique vaulted ceilings make it almost unnoticeable how few tables are available. Excellent food. Friendly and attentive staff. Definitely worth returning.
21/10/2025: In Palermo for work, I decide to try the meat and cannoli at Piana degli Albanesi. The place is small but cozy and clean, seating about thirty. Service is average. The meat and cannoli are excellent.
