A prescindere dal servizio, accurato e gentile , le pietanze da noi scelte non avevano quel sentore di bontà che le precedenti recensioni facevano presagire. La caponata di pescespada sapeva di.....caponata e poco di pescespada, sia gli spaghetti con vongole, gamberetti mandorle che le linguine con scampi tartufo e sentore di agrumi,non avevano un bilanciamento nei componenti. Per contro il cannolo era veramente buono. L'applicazione dello sconto ha alleggerito la delusione

Quasi ogni anno torniamo a Portopalo e quando arriva sera e si avvicina l’orario di cena, non mettiamo nemmeno in discussione la scelta di cenare in questo ristorante che per noi è ormai meta fissa. Il personale gentile sorridente e accogliente ti fa sentire come a casa I piatti: belli dai sapori unici e forti Mai una delusione

25/03/2025: An unforgettable taste experience! I had the pleasure of trying the platter of cheeses, cured meats, olives, caponata, potato meatballs, Sicilian omelette etc, and I can say with certainty that it was a triumph of flavours! The selection of cured meats was excellent and the cheeses, carefully paired, was a true sensory journey. A perfect dish to share, perhaps with a good glass of wine recommended by the expert and friendly staff. If you are looking for an authentic and quality experience, this cutting board is a must try! Compliments to the kitchen for the care and attention to detail. I will definitely come back!
