The best restaurant in Perugia! Incredible food prepared fresh by a talented team of chefs. I have had the pleasure of dinning here many times so I have tried almost everything on the menu. Chef Marco is always innovating with new recipes so I still have some new items to try! His dishes are works of art and he takes great care of every plate that leaves the kitchen. The people who are apart of the restaurant treat every customer with care. I have had so many amazing nights at Il Vizio because of the kinds of the staff. My favourite dishes that I would recommend are: • The Chirashi Bowl • Roasted Miso Eggplant • Chu Toro Nigiri • Teriyaki Tuna Tataki • The White Chocolate Namelaka with Mangos and Matcha. You are suddenly catapulted into another reality, which is very similar to the Japanese one, well done to the chef, the staff, everyone.

Modern, spacious establishment with a very interesting selection of Italian-Oriental fusion cuisine. The extensive menu can even create some stress 😂. The dishes are delicious and the service is very attentive. One drawback is that we were sent to the bar (Vizieto) for dinner despite having plenty of free tables, which ended up not being filled.

Aside from a table of geese that were constantly cackling, the food was of high quality, as was the bill. I understand the raw material, but I am convinced that some prices could be revised downwards. That said, top service, top dishes, lots of stuff.

Everything is good and abundant.

The welcome is always warm and the staff attentive and professional, ready to satisfy every request with a smile. The dishes are a true masterpiece: from the quality of the ingredients to the care in the presentation, everything is taken care of in the smallest details. The elegant and relaxing atmosphere makes every meal a special moment. If you are looking for a restaurant where culinary art meets excellence, Il Vizio is definitely the right choice.

We have been several times, but the last one after the renovations to the place was the least happy. Very long waiting times, after over 30 minutes their welcome arrived, 3 people had finished and the fourth still had to get the ramen and then the second. Once a welcome cocktail and fresh grated wasabi were offered and now not anymore. A lot of staff has changed and the service is not what we remembered. Sushi always very good.

Ristorante in zona periferica di Perugia, precisamente a Corciano, dotato di parcheggio proprio e in strada. Esteticamente molto curato, con cucina a vista e varie salette. Propone un sushi di altà qualità a prezzi elevati (a primo impatto), ma adeguati alla lavorazione e alla materia prima. Il menù è ampio: si va dagli antipasti, passando per sashimi e tartare, hosomaki, uramaki e chi più ne ha più ne metta; con combinazioni interessanti e non banali. Fin qui tutto bene, se non fosse che i tempi di attesa (come anche testimoniato da altre recensioni) sono piuttosto lunghi, oltre al fatto che le portate tendono a non arrivare insieme a tutti i commensali; il che è un vero peccato, soprattutto se si considera il tipo di locale. Apprezzato l'entrée di benvenuto e anche le scuse del personale di sala per l'attesa.
