Very good fusion cooking and great service too like their fusion cooking like risotto with Japanese sauce and dressing but not much on menu anymore. More western n Italian cooking. But flavour and taste is still great.

Always a guarantee. Highest quality sushi. The best sushi and poke I've ever eaten in my life. When I am in Perugia for work I always take the opportunity to return. Impeccable service and a relaxing and elegant location. I recommend booking even if for just one person.

Siamo stati per la prima volta in questo ristorante in un giorno infrasettimanale, lo staff gentile ed attento. È caduto un tovagliolo e prontamente è stato riportato. Ambiente elegante. cibo eccellente con pochi rivali (complimenti agli chef). Costo medio alto, ma proporzionato alla qualità

02/11/2024: Homemade and informal environment. We ate the egg with truffle, delicious! The wild boar hunter style was well done. Unfortunately the cut was cold. The slow service and unprepared staff especially on the ingredients that make up the desserts. The bill is a little high!
23/10/2024: Lunch for 20 people with agreed menu. Unfortunately, neither the tagliatelle with ragù nor the strangozzi with truffle convinced me. Good boar and cockerel, but both practically stewed in the same very spicy sauce... I will return to try it in a different numerical context. Courteous and patient service. Aesthetically very nice place.

Antico Caffe Della Piazza

14/08/2024: In una giornata caldissima eccomi nella bella Foligno, un pranzo sarebbe stato eccessivo: allora opto, con il mio fiuto, per questa Enoteca. Accoglienza professionale e cordiale, decido per un aperitivo: un calice di Trebbiano Spoleto DOC che mi ha molto soddisfatto, accompagnato da alcuni stuzzichini in un ambiente piacevole e accogliente. Da tornarci sempre!
