A renowned venue, visited for its Hi-Fi bar and wine and charcuterie tasting! Out of curiosity, we visited the restaurant, and after 10 minutes of utter indifference from the staff, we asked if we could eat. After the initial welcome, we asked for recommendations for dishes, and after a cursory and superficial description of the menu, we chose two dishes, with the waitress making an inappropriate and ambiguous comment... after which we received a "tasting" from the "chef," always welcome in such a location (which, surprisingly, turned out to be paid for and
unpalatable). A bad evening, reminiscent of a top restaurant, visited years ago with a completely different level of service.
The surprise on the bill... water was never ordered and included, in addition to the entrée offered, which was never ordered (are you kidding?! 🥵). Personally, I will never return, nor will I ever recommend it to friends. Very disappointed.

I recommend eating outside the hotel. They don't deserve to have guests.

Excellent sushi restaurant. Top-notch quality and service. Wait times are reasonable. The wine list is curated by a young sommelier who has little to envy from the staff at a Michelin-starred restaurant. Every time we return, it's always a pleasure, both for the palate and for the kindness and helpfulness of the wait staff. Congratulations 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The best restaurant in Perugia! Incredible food prepared fresh by a talented team of chefs. I have had the pleasure of dinning here many times so I have tried almost everything on the menu. Chef Marco is always innovating with new recipes so I still have some new items to try!
His dishes are works of art and he takes great care of every plate that leaves the kitchen. The people who are apart of the restaurant treat every customer with care. I have had so many amazing nights at Il Vizio because of the kinds of the staff.
My favourite dishes that I would recommend are:
• The Chirashi Bowl
• Roasted Miso Eggplant
• Chu Toro Nigiri
• Teriyaki Tuna Tataki
• The White Chocolate Namelaka with Mangos and Matcha.

Impeccabile: la qualità delle materie prime, il personale, la gentilezza, l’accoglienza che ti fa sentire a casa ma in una realtà orientale. Piatti ricercati e materie prime difficili da reperire, per ciò che ti offrono i prezzi sono più che onesti. Bravi.

Modern, spacious establishment with a very interesting selection of Italian-Oriental fusion cuisine. The extensive menu can even create some stress 😂. The dishes are delicious and the service is very attentive. One drawback is that we were sent to the bar (Vizieto) for dinner despite having plenty of free tables, which ended up not being filled.

E' arte a tavola! Partendo dagli antipasti, gentilmente offerti dallo staff, fino al dolce ogni piatto è curato al minimo dettaglio e invita subito all' assaggio! I camerieri ti accompagnano nella scelta del menù e nella modalità con cui assaggiare ogni piatto, il sushi e' buonissimo e di alta qualità, abbiamo ordinato anche primo e secondo e l' abbiamo trovato eccezionale! Il dolce e' una vera e propria portata in più, alla bellezza dell' impiattamento si mescola la varietà di sapori esotici che riempiono il palato! Il prezzo non è basso, ma sinceramente, per quello che abbiamo mangiato credevo di spendere di più!

Aside from a table of geese that were constantly cackling, the food was of high quality, as was the bill. I understand the raw material, but I am convinced that some prices could be revised downwards. That said, top service, top dishes, lots of stuff.
