The food is excellent: fresh ingredients, generous toppings, and bread that's always crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. You can tell there's care and quality behind it, not just speed. I always find something delicious, from breakfast to quick lunches. But what really makes the difference is the staff. Salvatore is the symbol and backbone of the bakery. Every time I come in, he's there, with a ready smile and a desire to serve customers as he should. He's kind, attentive, and makes you feel at home from the first to the last minute.
