The raw material makes the difference. The starters were very good, simple dishes but prepared with great care in a slightly retro but pleasant environment. Very nice service, reasonable prices.

Round of appetizers, tasting of first course and excellent second course, sorbet and digestive without any flaw. Assenti per un po 'di tempo a causa del covid finalmente siamo ritornati al Delfino! Bello venire a Milano cerri di trovare la mia Sardegna e un ottimo pesce freschissimo !Sempre ottimi gli antipasti Delfino caldi e freddi! Ottimo vermentino sella mosca di Alghero e una buona grigliata !Per concludere sorbetto al limone e Mirto ! Grazie sempre alla professionalità si Ivo e Sara e del titolare Marco Torneremo !Sempre consigliato!!

Eccellente cucina sarda di pesce. L'antipasto misto cotto "imbarazzante" nel senso che , da solo, può costituire una cena con ottima varietà di gusti e cotture. Ma nel menù ci sono altre allettanti offerte che proverò la prossima volta. Servizio cordiale ed efficiente. Unico neo la difficoltà nel trovare un tavolo (ma sta a provare la validità del locale). Da segnare fra i posti preferiti dove tornare.
