Ristorante Il Delfino In Milano

Undeniably excellent food in terms of quality, quantity, and price. The service was very professional, courteous, and helpful. However, given the lengthy courtship process to secure a table for two, I expected a more formal and selective atmosphere. Instead, the dining room is small, the tables are too close together, and after a while, the atmosphere becomes chaotic, making it impossible to communicate with the person sitting across from you. It's completely unsuitable for hosting tables of people shouting and laughing loudly with their mouths full, like in a suburban dive. Even a great dinner can go completely haywire.

I finally managed to find a seat after a few attempts - it's always packed and last night I understood why: the fish is very fresh and excellently cooked, the service is impeccable and the dining room staff are attentive and prompt (despite all the tables being completely occupied), and finally the quality/price ratio is excellent! Highly recommended, as soon as I find a place I will definitely go back 😉

High recommend this place ! It deserves better ! The price is really good for the amount of food ordered especially seafood with such good quality . Also I’m Asian , so highly recommend anyone who’s not Asian and unable to speak Italian , please use Google translator and pictures to show them what you want . Makes things smoother

Like everywhere in Italy don't count on being lucky and please make a reservation in advance bc locals love this restaurant and populate it every night of the year. Want to eat a whole fish? No problem at Il Delfino. And don't worry, prices are more than acceptable for what you get - a mere joy of gastronomic discoveries of Italian high quality cuisine including the service-minded, friendly, Italian way. A spectacle in Milan. Recommended by our friend Annalisa. We went without a reservation, but the owner managed to get us a table for about 45 minutes. The waiter, very friendly, recommended the wine, a Sauvignon Blanc from Trento. He also offered a choice of pasta with shrimp and sea bass in salt. We left enchanted by the cuisine.

Quando si entra basta un’occhiata al tanto pesce fresco esposto per capire che si è in un posto giusto. Giusto lo è sia per la freschezza del pesce che per i prezzi applicati . Quando desidero mangiar pesce fresco , se trovo posto perchè è molto gettonato, vengo qui. Oggi ho scelto l’antipasto della casa, caldo. Otto portate tra calamari, gamberi, seppie, scampi, ecc. Con finale di ottime calpestante gratinate. Buono il Vermentino suggerito e ottima la cassata siciliana.

Sono tornato al Delfino, dove non andavo da qualche anno, con un collega che era a Milano. Abbiamo preso il loro solito ricchissimo antipasto di mare e un rombo ai carciofi in due. Per finire seadas e un cassatina il tutto accompagnato da una bottiglia di Terre Bianche. Cibo davvero ottimo come al solito, efficiente il servizio e prezzi abbordabili considerando la materia prima e l’abbondanza dell’antipasto.
