Incredible! Seasonal, ultra-fresh products at a more than reasonable price for the quality offered. Real fresh truffles, local suggestions from neighboring villages, and above all, wonderful explanations about the origins of the products during the tasting. We enjoyed: • asparagus with black truffle, • vongole, • fresh pasta with truffle, • and a tender duck leg with cognac, apple, and orange, which shredded perfectly. A pure delight from start to finish!
