Very central location without being chaotic. Good dishes with small defects in execution (water in the artichoke salad, slightly undercooked tagliolini)
The head waiter was absolutely cold, while the waiters were decidedly more empathetic.
Correct prices for location and quality of food, even if a little above average

Our experience, began before we sat down: we eere excited to try this local restaurant, and went by early hoping to get a nice table for my wife’s birthday. As soon as my wife started looking at one of the tables, the owner starting screaming from far: “ you can’t have that table”, so I approached explaining that we had a reservation that was made from a local explaining that it was a special occasion, at that point he didn’t care, he pointed to some tables we could have, as long as it wasn’t any of the good tables reserved for his friends. The food was average, don’t have the smoky carbonara, which woul probably be delicious it it wasn’t smoky, we were recommended a dessert, which was one of the worse we had, as a matter of fact we just tasted it. We had to wait 15 min to be cleared the dishes while he was talking to his friends etc. the only 5 star course we got served was the check, same as we would be paying in NYC, which we have no problem paying for a nice bight out, except this wasn’t that! We definitely don’t recommend it!

Excellent food but no wine list, €16 for 2 glasses of Lugana was paid. It was not possible to have any other less expensive wine.

Super great food. I haven't eaten so well and exquisitely for a long time. The ambience, inside and out, is also beautiful.
The beef tartare, the red tuna, the pasta with black truffle are simply amazing. The prices are reasonable, even quite fair for this quality. Portion size is also okay (don't have to fill myself up... 😉).
The dessert (chocolate souflet) was great, with a liquid warm core.
Champagne selection also good. It was a wonderful culinary evening. THANKS TO THE KITCHEN.
Now the downside that makes me deduct a star with a heavy heart: the boss's rather grumpy and slightly annoyed or stressed demeanor, bordering on unfriendly, as already mentioned in many reviews here. Also no smile or personal warmth when saying goodbye.
Without this shortcoming, this restaurant would certainly have an average of 5.0 on Google instead of just 4.3.
The cuisine will still be remembered as absolutely sensational and is definitely worth a visit to every gourmet.

New taste explosion. Great compositions, for example I had a wonderful fillet steak. Very cozy atmosphere.

The food is good and the place is sophisticated. Surprised by the cost of the pacchero (off the menu). 35 euros! If I had known I wouldn't have taken them. But it was my fault in not asking first. Even the desserts were not cheap (15 euros each). I didn't like not having received the sugared almonds, which instead were brought to the other tables. In short, high prices. For the rest nothing to say, nice place and good food.
Very refined and quality cuisine. Very expensive desserts but worth it!
