Ristorante Everest In Trento

Very well organized structure with all the necessary services. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very varied with a lot of choice of foods and drinks. Many paid parking spaces are available around the property and very close to Trento station. Slightly moved but in 15 minutes on foot you can reach the first streets of the centre.

We stayed in this hotel for a week on a half board basis. The sublime cuisine, from breakfast to dinner, is always varied and of excellent quality. The rooms are always warm but poorly soundproofed. They were recently renovated but unfortunately on a "cheap" basis and this shows... Cleanliness is not impeccable and this plays a fundamental role because a little more attention to detail (e.g. shower cubicle, product dispensers, carpet) would bring the hotel to a higher level. The friendly and helpful staff, always attentive to the customer's needs (I speak as a pregnant woman). Overall the rating is good.

Good value for money. Clean and warm rooms, just a little small. Essentially furnished but nothing is missing. Comfortable mattress (!) well maintained. Excellent FRIENDLINESS especially from Hari at the reception, a smart guy ready to help and give valuable advice, he stands out. Mr. Livio from the night shift, very helpful! Mr Luca from the restaurant, superior friendliness.. Maryna is also kind, distinguishing herself from her colleagues. Unfortunately, there is no communication between the reception and the room cleaning service, as if they were two separate structures. Overall it is a recommended hotel if you are looking for average service and good cleanliness/comfort

Very nice hotel. Excellent location, close to the center (reachable on foot), completely renovated. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Fine cuisine, the menu also includes traditional Trentino dishes, pizza and, upon request, gluten-free options. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Recently renovated hotel, clean, modern and tidy rooms

Let me start by saying that I stayed at the Garnì Villa Fontana and we had a great time, top welcome. Today at check out we asked to leave our bags at Everest and then leave in the afternoon. There is no real storage room, more a room where you can leave your luggage. The receptionist kindly accompanied me and stayed until I left so I believed, although it was clear that it was not guarded, that there was a minimum of attention paid to it. Unfortunately, when we were picking up our bags, we noticed that someone had actually looked through our things and stolen a pair of high-value Sony wireless headphones. We communicated it but the situation was so clear that we didn't demand anything, we shouldn't have left our things there. A kindness turned into a misadventure. The only advice I can give is to indicate to guests a paid deposit in the city to avoid incurring these unpleasant inconveniences, considering the lack of safekeeping of objects especially on high season days... see you next time!
