A restaurant right on the street overlooking the lake. The food was okay, though nothing special. A bit of a style-over-substance affair. On the day we visited, it was impossible to order gluten-free pasta or risotto because they were out of stock. They spent quite a while searching the menu to see what they could prepare, and they settled on steak. Prices were higher than in other restaurants. Service was okay, though not everyone spoke English.

We visited the restaurant twice during our vacation. The restaurant is located next to many other restaurants on a street directly by the lake. In addition to the original restaurant, there is a kind of extension, slightly elevated, resembling a semi-open outdoor terrace. From there, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and the sunset, whether inside or outside. The service is very good, multilingual, and attentive. However, delays can occur during peak times. The menu is ambitious and combines Italian cuisine with some exotic elements. The quality and presentation of the dishes are very good, but the prices are sometimes excessive. (A starter consisting of three garnished shrimp costs 18 euros.) Update 2025. We had the opportunity to eat in this beautiful restaurant twice again this year. Fortunately, little has changed: the cuisine has maintained its very high standard, and the service is consistently excellent. Due to the location (view of the lake and sunset), the beautiful, slightly elevated terrace, the good service, and the excellent cuisine, I'm happy to upgrade my rating from four stars to five. This restaurant remains my top recommendation for this region.

It's a nice place to have lunch or dinner. The food is good, and so is the service.

It was recommended to us and described as a restaurant with the right atmosphere for a birthday celebration. Beautiful atmosphere on the outdoor terrace. Refined atmosphere and attentive staff. We chose the 6-course tasting menu. Everything was delicious and we paid only €70. The Mancini cacio e pepe linguine with raw scampi was another level. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

Great food, friendly staff..I recommend it

A lovely restaurant on the lake with a great view. I enjoyed the oysters and sea urchin pasta. We also tried the local wine. The service was fast and the staff was very friendly. Definitely 5 stars.

Historic restaurant on Lake Trasimeno, now managed by his son Enrico. Excellent menu for connoisseurs and for those with patience..... special dishes with excellent representation of them. This week I had two dinners excellent and at a very honest price for the quality and imagination! Highly recommended!! and tell the owner that I will send you Stefano the ophthalmologist!

Delicious fish dishes! Disjointed service, quite catastrophic but the place is very nice! High prices but appropriate for the quality. We got a discount on the bill, thank you!
