This is a restaurant where we have enjoyed excellent squid several times, fine cuisine, very tasty grilled fish, the pasta with lobster is sublime! Fantastic sitting outside with a view of the lake! Recommended!

Octopus cooked to perfection (it's not simple) and spectacular tagliolini, clams and bottarga. Whoever served us was kind and professional. Not all places ask you if you have food intolerances. Beautiful location facing the lake.

Happy experience with very fresh fish dishes, with simple but not banal preparations, performed with care and safety. Informal but attentive service. Interesting wine list and owner who keeps everything together with harmony. Well done! And thank you for accepting us at 10pm, when the service was almost completed, but without ever rushing us.

Had a nice ice cream and something to drink. It is a lovely village, located on the lake. It feels nostalgic. And then a nice terrace. That makes it complete! Delicious!

The best restaurant on Trasimeno. Faithful and consistent with its long history, innovation while respecting tradition, care for raw materials and hospitality. Great experience combined with courtesy, know-how and attention. Don't miss the B.T. egg. (cooked at low temperature) on parmesan and truffle foam: stre-pi-to-so to the point that you will order another one. Luciano è un locale storico di Passignano sul Trasimeno. La prenotazione è consigliata e noi ci accomodiamo in una saletta molto retro ma proprio per questo estremamente affascinante, con il rivestimento delle pareti in tessuto e quadri a tema marinaresco. Servizio molto presente e distinto ma non inutilmente pomposo. Bella l’idea che sul menu accanto ad ogni voce c’è l’anno in cui il piatto è entrato in menu stesso, cosa che da una dimensione della storicità del locale. Io per antipasto prendo un uovo alla spuma di parmigiano, mazzancolle e tartufo assolutamente squisito, così come il loro pane fatto in casa. Come primo avevamo un ottimo fuori menu, paccheroni al ragù rosso di scorfano, eccezionali. Buona scelta di vini e conto onestissimo. Da tornarci.
