Nice place and really good food. I would have revised the portion sizes of the fried food and mixed grill; at other places at the same price, the portion sizes are much different. Slow service... There were three of us and we arrived at 8:00 PM. The place wasn't even half full, and for two courses and a dessert each, it took almost three hours. The younger waiter should be more cheerful and smiley.

For the first time here. So we ate a raw fish (where I said not to put onion and instead it arrived with onion gel) and a mixed seafood appetizer and the quality is there. Then a grill that I didn't try, I was told good but a little poor, a tagliolini with lobster that tasted of tomato... and I don't think the lobster was fresh. Then the thing that bothered me the most was a glass of Vermentino la pettegola for 7 euros!!!! It costs 8 a bottle... this is really scandalous!!!! Which is really poor as a glass. Without sweet bitter coffees... 163 euros for two a little too much. A small bottle of wine. Good service, the guy with glasses, the rest in short. Then we got up in a hurry because inside despite the air conditioning we were sweating

Cozy and elegant place. Very helpful and professional staff. Excellent food and a wide selection of wines. Absolutely to try!

splendid restaurant in the center of Montecatini Terme where you can taste very fresh fish and drink even better. Each recipe is delicious and served in a refined way. I recommend the raw fish dishes with many varieties of oysters. Ci sono ottimi ristoratori che fanno il loro lavoro con competenza e professionalità, poi c’è Lorenzo, che aggiunge un ingrediente essenziale: la sua grande passione. Nel suo ristorante a Montecatini Terme, ogni cena diventa un’esperienza, ogni piatto una storia raccontata con sapori autentici e attenzione ai dettagli. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di organizzare da lui una delle nostre abituali serate dedicate al vino, questa volta incentrata sui vini spagnoli. Lorenzo non solo ha accolto la sfida, ma l’ha trasformata in un viaggio culinario straordinario, creando sei portate ispirate alla tradizione spagnola, ognuna più sorprendente dell’altra. Ecco il menù creato appositamente per noi: Ostriche galiziane con vinaigrette di scalogno e aceto rosso di vino. Riccio crudo al cucchiaio. Fritto di gamberi e verdure con salsa aliolì. Acciughe del cantabrico con burrata e scorza di limone. Polpo alla galiziana con maio alla paprica e patate lesse. Baccalao Pil Pil alla moda Basca. Fabada asturiana con chorizo e fagioli bianchi. Segreto Iberico svelato… a la parrilla Formaggio erborinato con cipolla caramellata e marmellata di Kumquat Sacher torte allo Yuzu - Pasticceria Montanelli L’abbinamento con i sei vini selezionati ha reso la serata ancora più speciale, e in sequenza abbiamo bevuto: Cava Gramona Imperial Brut - 2008 Ossian Vigna Viejas de Segovia 2020 Sherry fino Pando Williams & Humbert. Roja Baron de Ley – Club Privado 2019. Roja Finos – Vina Tondoñia Ris. 2011. Sherry Oloroso – Lustau solera Gran Riserva Emperatriz Eugenia. Sherry Pedro Ximenez Don Guido 20 anni. Tutto perfetto, tutto eccezionale e con un ingrediente segreto: l’amore con cui Lorenzo cura ogni aspetto del suo lavoro. Non è solo professionalità, è dedizione, ospitalità sincera e una voglia costante di superarsi. Se cercate un ristorante dove il gusto incontra la passione, Lorenzo è una tappa obbligata. Grazie Lorenzo, per aver reso la nostra serata unica e indimenticabile. Preparati, torneremo.

Un passo indietro rispetto a qualche anno fa . Un risotto di mare con salsiccia di polpo a dir poco imbarazzante, da rivedere completamente, una grigliata mista niente di speciale.
