Ristorante "DA CARLO" In Senigallia

We go every now and then and we always have a good time. Very kind. The appetizer and the grilled fish are remarkable and also plentiful. Maybe this year the first courses were not great but nothing else to say.

Recommended by a dear friend (Thanks Panni), I discovered this seafood restaurant in Senigallia which turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. The place is well-kept, very clean and offers a splendid view of the sea, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The seafood dishes are well-made and full of flavour. The Ascolane olives stuffed with fish are truly delicious, an original and very successful appetizer. As is the insaputa di mare. The mussels, tasty and cooked to perfection, were another strong point. Among the first courses, I particularly appreciated the passatelli with calamari, clams and cherry tomatoes: a balanced and truly exceptional dish. The spaghetti with clams also deserve a mention, simple but executed with great skill. The grilled fish was also excellent, well-cooked and tasty, while the mixed fried fish was perfect: dry, crunchy and light. The service was pleasant and professional, with a very kind and attentive waiter. Closing the meal with a good coffee enjoying the wonderful view from the windows was the icing on the cake. I highly recommend booking, especially during the busiest periods. Quality and fair price.

Everything we tasted was excellent. We will definitely be back. It's a shame there are so many people. But still delicious!

Quick and friendly, excellent value for money

Veniamo in questo ristorante praticamente da 25 anni, però da un paio di anni mancavano...oggi moglie e genitori per festeggiare, nulla e' cambiato, alto livello sotto tutti gli aspetti, dalla bontà delle pietanze alla gentilezza dei camerieri e del proprietario,grazie per tenere negli anni l'asticella sempre alta.

Il ristorante Da Carlo è una tappa fissa nelle nostre vacanze a Senigallia. C'è sempre gentilezza nel servizio, la qualità del cibo è ottima. Quest'anno siamo anche stati fortunati perchè ci hanno dato un tavolo vicino alla finestra, quindi vista mare ed è stato tutto perfetto. Grazie, alla prossima.
