Very good, light, slightly greasy cuisine, no lard (incredible in the Bolognese area, where we will end up). Classic dishes without exaggeration, but in a world of tortellini in broth it is a breath of life and novelty. There can be life here too, thanks to non-EU citizens.

Decades pass, but the Chinese Yiqiang remains safe, excellent food quality, fast and precise service, impeccable cleanliness, even an intimate atmosphere if we want given the few seats available.
