Sicuramente nei dintorni è quanto di meglio c’è, anche se in termini assoluti possiamo definirlo buono ma non eccelso. Complessivamente comunque si mangia bene ed hanno un ottimo assortimento di formaggi, sebbene consiglierei loro di arricchirne la portata con qualcosa di più di una unica mostarda, nonché di dire due parole su ciascuno di essi.

Simple but very good local dishes. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The only flaw is the wine boxes near the tables which need to be sorted out. For the rest I highly recommend this place.

Finally an authentic tavern and authentic surroundings. Pavana is out of time, anyone who can should go for a ride. The tavern? Owner and staff, as if we had always known each other, family treatment. We will definitely be back, thanks for everything. Furthermore, we had the privilege of greeting the great Francesco Guccini and his wife Raffaella, at the next table. The lunch? Starter, Gnudi, Gricia. Dessert, coffee €50. Grappa offered. Congratulations to the owner and see you again!

Cibo ottimo..locale accogliente e non secondario è nel paese del Maestrone... Spero davvero di incontrarlo proprio qui visto che so che è un cliente abituale

11/02/2024: Really good pizzeria. I'm not from the area, but I discovered Pizzeria Puccini after obtaining my pizza chef diploma there, as Beppe is a certified master pizza chef. Both as a student and as a (vegan) customer, I highly recommend trying his pizza with Neapolitan dough with 72 hours of leavening. For the first time with this pizza I didn't feel weighed down for days as normally happens when I eat out. Really good tomato puree and vegetables, cooked just before opening and directly in the wood oven. Highly recommended pizza!
09/02/2024: I took a red pizza with aubergines and courgettes. What to say. Fantastic. The vegetables tasted magical and healthy, I should ask which greengrocer the pizza chef goes to. Excellent pizza, we'll be back as soon as possible!!
