Ristorante Caruso In Milano

After looking for a restaurant in Milan for a long time, we decided to stop at Caruso Nuovo. It turned out to be a complete success because the food was excellent, tasty and in sufficient quantity. An excellent selection of top wines and excellent service. My recommendation.

The Caruso Nuovo restaurant boasts a very refined and elegant location. It also stands out for its excellent service and, above all, its excellent cuisine! Above all, I really enjoyed the citrus risotto... truly sublime. Then the sea bream... a delight in flavor, preparation, and presentation! It wasn't the first time... but I can say it won't be the last!

We came almost by chance because it was close to our hotel and ended up having an unforgettable experience. Everything was flawless: elegant atmosphere, beautiful music and décor, and truly five-star service that felt warm, professional, and personal. Every dish was exceptional, not a single misstep, with incredible flavors and great attention to our needs, including being very pregnancy-friendly. It’s a chef’s restaurant and priced accordingly, but absolutely worth it for such a remarkable experience.
