We came to Ranco to experience Lake Maggiore for the first time. Spring was beautiful. The hotel was like staying with family. The views and gardens are spectacular! Our room had a large bed and all the amenities but honestly the terrace was the star of the show. To open the doors and watch the sunrise bounce off the mountain backdrop was breathtaking. The restaurant served some of my very favorite bites we had in Italy. I can’t wait to see this place in the summer.

La cena fue fantástica, las sugerencias eran geniales, el vino era increíble y la camarera hablaba inglés perfecto. Restaurante de propiedad familiar con excelente comida y servicio. Se nota que les encanta lo que hacen. También nos alojamos en el hotel, el alojamiento era PERFECTO! ¡Volveremos!

Bueno, la terraza es lo mejor. Simplemente hermosa vista del lago. El servicio era indiferente, señora servidor no era amable en absoluto. La comida era buena. Bastante caro.

23/06/2025: We stopped at this mountain restaurant and had a wonderful time! The polenta with porcini mushrooms is delicious, as is the roast beef. The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the mountain. Thank you for everything; we have very fond memories of your establishment!
