Traditional dishes expertly modernised, impeccable service starting from the owner who, based on what to do, also tells you anecdotes about the dishes. An excellent wine list, especially based on natural wines. Prices are adequate for the quality and service offered. Once you sit down and eat, you can't help but come back. Well done

I went to eat on Christmas Day, a very refined fixed menu with well-balanced flavors and adequate portions and number of courses. Super welcoming staff and location always at the top. Absolutely worth repeating

I have been to this restaurant several times in the last 2-3 years, unfortunately this time I have to leave a not too positive review.
Starting from the food, traditional slightly revisited, certainly of an excellent standard: nothing unforgettable.
Fun wine list, very refined and oriented towards an unconventional taste.
Negative note in my opinion for both categories, food and wine, the prices are too high.
Beyond this, what disappointed me most of all and pushed me to leave this review was the service.
We initially ordered a bottle of sparkling wine which when tasted had a slight hint of TCA, I immediately pointed this out to the sommelier who consulted with his superior and told us that "there's no problem, we'll change the bottle for you, but you have to pay", because in their opinion there was no defect.
Leaving aside the teasing, he escalated the issue, strongly suggesting that we order a softer sparkling wine, because the first one was "too dry" for our palate.
After further discussion we managed to get the bottle changed without being charged, as would be right regardless, unfortunately only after having irremediably ruined the lunch experience.
My advice is not to take it for granted that the people in front of you have no experience and knowledge about wine, because you risk being offensive and making a bad impression, and to always keep in mind that the threshold of perception of the defect of the cap varies greatly from person to person.
The rest of the staff were generally cold and unwelcoming from the start and never made us feel at ease.
It's a shame, because I had already been here other times before and we had a good time.
Summary:
Excellent food.
Nice place.
Poor service.
Prices too high.

Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, piatti ricercati e studiati al dettaglio, vini eccellenti ed uno staff competente e gentilissimo. Non si può chiedere di più a questo splendido ristorante all'interno di un ex caseificio dei primi 800. Consigliatissimo!
