Discovered this place by chance during a visit to Viareggio. It's a shame we live far away and can't return. Excellent food, from appetizer to dessert. We had tordelli with ragù and ravioli with fondue and truffle shavings. For main courses, we had ribs, beef fillet, and sliced ​​beef with fondue. The meat was tender and flavorful. The service was exceptional, with perfect customer service. In total, for four first courses, four second courses, four desserts, two appetizers, wine, and water, we spent €300. Excellent price for the quality and quantity.

We had a truly wonderful time. The cuisine was top-quality, featuring typical local dishes. We ordered a fillet steak, which was FABULOUS, tordelli with truly flavorful Chianina ragù, tartare, and truly excellent snails. Top-notch service as always, with a special mention to Stefano, who looked after us throughout the entire meal. I will definitely be back.

We visited Amaro Bracería last year. We arrived without a reservation, and despite that, my husband and I were welcomed very kindly. From the beginning, they explained that there was a limited time available, which we completely understood and didn’t mind at all. The service was outstanding: warm, attentive, and never rushed. At no point did we feel any pressure to leave or that the staff was trying to hurry us along. Everything flowed naturally and with genuine care. We were welcomed with a complimentary starter, a lovely and unexpected detail that set the tone for the entire experience. The food was absolutely delicious—high-quality ingredients, beautifully prepared, and very generous portions, especially by European standards. Everything was perfectly executed. To this day, my husband and I still remember that evening as something truly special. It felt magical precisely because we weren’t expecting it. We even keep talking about returning to Viarreño just to visit Amaro again. We are extremely happy with the experience and highly recommend it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 out of 5 stars.

Excellent experience! We were greeted with a smile even though it was the evening of January 2nd and we hadn't booked. The meat we ordered—ribs and sliced ​​beef—was sensational, both in terms of the raw ingredients and the cooking. The wait staff who looked after us was thoughtful, attentive, and professional.
