09/03/2026: Evocative setting, in a cave.
Smiling, kind, and attentive staff.
Food quality 10+!
The cured meats and cheeses as appetizers were delicious.
The grilled meat was plentiful.
The suckling pig was tender and delicious.
Trust me, it's a must-try if you want to eat and feel good ☺️
07/03/2026: This evening I went with my pregnant partner to this unique restaurant, carved into Etruscan caves. The welcome was excellent, the staff were incredibly courteous (everyone was smiling).
The dishes were generous and beautifully presented!
We had polenta with capocollo and fondue as an appetizer (EXCEPTIONAL), followed by a tasting of cured meats, cheeses, and bruschetta (abundant and made with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors).
Then we moved on to umbrichelli pasta with scallop and pistachio (delicious), and wild boar in a sweet and sour sauce with caramelized onion!
To finish, a ricotta and cream casserole and a profiteroles to drink: two bottles of water and a bottle of wine came to €80 (a more than reasonable price for the location and the good food).
The cleanliness of the place, the attention to detail, and the customer service were all truly perfect!
A special thanks to Sandra, the owner, and Luana, the waitress who served us. They were kind, helpful, and courteous!
An evening to remember, for sure.
Thank you ❤️
