A slightly bland fish starter, fish ravioli with red sauce with cloying lemon in the filling, nothing was right. Excellent place and service, less so food.

I went with my family for Christmas lunch with a fixed fish menu for €70. What can I say...a show! The abundant and top quality dishes, personally I have never eaten such good fish not even at the seaside. The service was impeccable even with 3 rooms full of people, waiters attentive to every shortcoming and the owner always smiling. I highly recommend this restaurant! I'll be back.

One of the few remaining pubs with an English/Irish pub atmosphere. It has Guinness and a varied audience. One of my favorite places.

Very clean hotel, we were happy with the welcome and in general also with the dinner. The only flaw is that you can hear other people in the rooms, as if they were in your room🤦♂️, (perhaps very thin walls).

Restaurant that lives up to the fame that precedes it. The environment is very soft and makes dinner and tasting of the dishes pleasant, which are prepared with care and with excellent raw materials. I had never been there in many years but after having been there I will certainly return both for the goodness of the dishes (the cacciucco was excellent) and for the kindness and courtesy of the staff

Alloggiando due giorni nell’hotel abbiamo sempre usufruito del ristorante e ne siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Abbiamo assaggiato primi e secondi di carne e di pesce: ottimi lo stracotto al Chianti, il risotto bianco e i ravioli in salsa di zafferano e agrumi.
In più, sono stati molto attenti al senza glutine.
Una nota di apprezzamento va a tutto il personale del ristorante, in particolare Roberta, Lorenzo, Francesco e Maria, molto simpatici e professionali.
Ci rivedremo sicuramente!

We found ourselves taken aback, because everything was closed in Poggibonsi. Fortunately we found this hotel, which also serves as a restaurant not only for guests who are staying. The waiter was very friendly and helpful, the dishes chosen were really excellent. Price to be disappointed, or perhaps because I'm used to it differently. And in addition to offering me various sweets and kindly offering me coffee, the sweet lady gave us a further "discount" which was crazy stuff. So in total we spent €60
1 starter
2 first courses (abundant)
2 glasses of wine
1 water
And everything based on fish..
In short, you can't believe it. I highly recommend it.
