One of a kind. This amazing restaurant is also the best Culatello producer. This is a special "procuitto" that has just the pork butt. It is aged in a cellar where mold and humidity hit it, creating a crust causing a very special drying process

Excellent restaurant with its own production of cured meats. Family-run since 1700. Very friendly staff, even though it was late they allowed us a quick visit to the cellar.

Every time an exceptional experience! The dishes are cared for in detail and the quality level of the products is really high, the staff is always impeccable and the owners are available, if you have a little time a visit to the cellar is a must. Lots of choices of typical products and vegetarian menus. Highly recommended!

Locale elegante e curato nei dettagli ma con un piacevole tocco informale nell'accoglienza. Il personale, cordiale e competente, espone con cura il menù. Piatti della tradizione, rivisitati in chiave moderna, con grande attenzione agli abbinamenti di sapori e alla presentazione estetica. Ottima scelta nella carta dei vini e interessanti proposte prelibate per chi ama salumi ed insaccati. Esperienza da ripetere.

Nella campagna fuori Parma, una cascina con produzione di culatello e un ristorante di oltre 200 anni. Ambiente elegante, servizio eccellente e accogliente come sanno essere in Emilia. Culatello molto buono. Purtroppo la nota dolente è il cibo, a mio giudizio non all’altezza del resto e della fama. Conto conseguentemente non giustificabile. Che peccato.

The continuous search for quality, using and combining flavors, taste and colors to perfection, Ivan brings out the best in himself in proposing dishes that leave little to the imagination. Every bite of his works, because his pizzas are real works of art, are an explosion of flavors, which project you into the places where the ingredients he uses come from. And the sweets? What to say about the sweets...... A real extrasensory experience and lots of new things every time. Strongly recommended because in addition to quality, in this place you will find kindness, education and courtesy of all the staff who pamper you like family.
