Great restaurant! We enjoyed every moment and especially the food! The only bad thing is that it's an 1,5hour flight and 1,5 hour drive from where I live...

The service was attentive and attentive. A wide variety of cheeses (I recommend tasting them) and cured meats. Excellent value for money. We had a great time.

A restaurant you absolutely must try, I recommend the culatello appetizer.... Amazing in its various ages.

I went to Vèdel with friends last week. The place is very well presented, both in terms of architecture and decor, making the quality of the place clear right away. The staff is appropriate for the setting and very polite. The food is truly delicious, with the added bonus of a vast selection of wines to pair. Prices are certainly not cheap, but they're appropriate for the type of place and the quality of the food. The Culatello is a must, and if you want to indulge at the end of your meal, there's the Everest Supreme coffee. I recommend trying Vèdel.

One of the most enchanting restaurant experiences ive had anywhere. we had no idea what we stumbled into for our sunday lunch here, but to say it was delightful is an understatement. A welcome drink, rare specialty coffees, truffle shaved fresh at the table on my pasta, a cheese cart being wheeled about (i believe this was for those who partook in the tasting menu, but it still charmed me as a witness!). Not to mention a special vibe. Eliza and Carlotta made our experience all the more special. And we received a casual tour of specialty meats their family produces after our meal. What a treasure. We were at the camper fair in Parma and a friend recommended this place, a little out of town in a very quiet countryside location. A divine dinner with traditional dishes: Parma's treasure trove is simply wonderful! The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the discussion on how to cream the risotto was enjoyable. 🧑🏻‍🍳😋

Dall’aperitivo fino al caffè, ogni momento al ristorante al Vèdel è stato un viaggio tra gusto, bellezza e accoglienza. Abbiamo iniziato con un calice raffinato accompagnato da un antipasto curato e armonioso, proseguendo con un risotto che definire “fantastico” è riduttivo: equilibrio perfetto, profumi intensi e una mantecatura da manuale. Il dolce è stato una vera meraviglia, conclusione luminosa di un pasto che ha saputo emozionare. Ma la sorpresa più gradita? Un caffè semplicemente superlativo, come raramente si trova anche nei migliori ristoranti. Il servizio è stato impeccabile, attento e discreto, con un dialogo sempre sereno e autentico. Un grazie speciale alla signora Monica, presenza gentile e competente che ha reso l’esperienza ancora più speciale. Qui si respira la ricerca dell’eccellenza: non quella statica e pretenziosa, ma quella vera, consapevole che la perfezione non si raggiunge mai, e proprio per questo vale la pena tendervi. Ed è in questa tensione continua che si cela l’arte. Torneremo. Con gioia.

Location molto accogliente e pulitissima, personale di sala molto gentile e servizio rapidissimo, piatti davvero buonissimi e preparati benissimo e materie prime davvero freschissime, corretto rapporto qualità prezzo, ci ritorneremo sicuramente!
