Dall’accoglienza, all’ambiente, il servizio… ogni cosa fin dai primi passi nel ristorante ti fa sentire coccolato. Ho apprezzato moltissimo gli anolini in brodo e il cotechino con zabaglione… oltre a salumi eccezionali …una giornata da ricordare

Guys, we're not joking here! Fasting for 24 hours beforehand helps you get there and what can I say... everything was fabulous and delicious! Well decorated place for Christmas, top service (Giovanni number 1) and the food... what can I tell you... all excellent!! To conclude, a tour of the "cellar" of a culatello bank!! Epic 👍🏻🥳👍🏻

Al Vèdel restaurant is a point of reference for the typical cuisine of the lower Parma area. The restaurant has a wide choice of traditional dishes but a must during the Christmas period are the tortel dols! The restaurant is very elegant and bright, furnished with tables and antique furniture. Don't worry about parking because it has a huge one!

01/01/2025: We decided to spend the last evening of 2024 in this place.... I must say... Excellent choice, we ate very well and everything was looked after... Efficient staff, an extra note for "our" Chiara!!! GOOD!!! P.S the last note... Heating a bit poor.... Anyway super WELL DONE ALL
29/12/2024: A place that offers dry aged meat of different qualities, it is possible to choose or get advice on tasting courses, a wide choice of wines. I recommend it to anyone who likes meat, precise and attentive service.
