Five stars because six isn't enough. One of the few restaurants in Parma where it was truly an all-round pleasure. The setting is meticulously curated, the table setting elegant but not overbearing, the wait staff very efficient, discreet yet on-point and competent! The quality of the food is top-notch, as is that of the ingredients. The cheese tasting was a mystical experience, and the boiled meats were excellent. My partner ordered spalla crudo (a pork shoulder that melted in the mouth), a risotto with a superb creaminess and perfectly cooked. The friendliness and warmth of the owner, who chatted with us during dinner, her expertise, and her evident passion for her work, further enhanced the evening. I didn't pay, but I'm certain that whatever the bill was, it was money well spent!!! I hope to return soon.

Office Christmas dinner. A very quaint yet pleasant location, with a beautiful culatelli cellar. The appetizer was a selection of aged culatelli, wonderful. The main course was beef tartare with egg and truffle, delicious. For the first course, the gnocchi with cheese, truffle, and vegetables were wonderful, and the amaretto dessert was very pleasant. The desserts served with the coffee were delicious. The service was friendly and attentive. The price was fair for the quality.

Al Vedel...Podere Cadassa restaurant...a guarantee.
We returned after a couple of years.
Producers of cured meats...as well as His Majesty the Culatello....they host you in a very beautiful location....excellent service....excellent cuisine.
Excellent wine list....be prepared because quality comes at a price....but being pampered is nice.
No recommendations because everything is good...but upon request....a visit to the aging cellars is an experience!!!
