Historic place, very large (over 100 seats) in which to taste traditional Parma dishes and more innovative proposals (including fish). Friendly and professional service. Excellent hospitality. The quality of the food tasted was good (I recommend the famous Tortell dols).

The curiosity generated by the numerous positive impressions and the suggestion of some friends led me to this place in the countryside of Parma, a few steps from the stream, in an ideal environment for the maturing of the famous culatelli, hanging from the ceiling of the vast cellar, which truly leaves you speechless and stimulates your appetite. Inside, a room furnished with taste, soberly, large round tables. Unfortunately the dishes didn't excite us, let's say nothing to remember with pleasure, the floats were stuck to each other and the taste was nothing special, half of the picaja was eaten because it was too fat and the filling without note of merit.

Dall’accoglienza, all’ambiente, il servizio… ogni cosa fin dai primi passi nel ristorante ti fa sentire coccolato. Ho apprezzato moltissimo gli anolini in brodo e il cotechino con zabaglione… oltre a salumi eccezionali …una giornata da ricordare
