A truly enjoyable dinner. The atmosphere was relaxed, the staff knowledgeable and friendly. The dishes were very refined, with modern preparation. But the best part was the flavors. Each ingredient was highlighted and harmonious with the others. Well done, chef.

Despite trying quite hard, this fine-dining restaurant sadly misses the mark. While the service was incredibly warm, and the dishes are presented beautifully, we encountered a few minor issues that we wouldn’t expect from a restaurant at this level: - the table was dirty, and the mark was covered up with a napkin; - they forgot to bring us enough knives with the bread and butter, then overcompensated by bringing us butter knives as well, which at this point we didn’t need; - they tried to clear our plates away while one of us was still clearly eating - the food was on the fork; - we weren’t offered to taste the wine prior to pouring. These would all be forgivable if the food were up to par, but it doesn’t really meet the standard of other restaurants in this price range. Some flavours were over-powering (saffron), the fish was overcooked, and the temperature variation in some of the dishes was a bit odd. It wasn’t bad, it just didn’t meet the projected expectations. It’s style over substance, and overpriced for what it is. We had some fantastic meals on Lake Iseo, but unfortunately this wasn’t one of them.

We had the pleasure of visiting Izé Restaurant on two special occasions: the first to celebrate a birthday, the second for our wedding anniversary. On both occasions, what we experienced went far beyond a simple dinner: a perfect combination of hospitality, cuisine, and elegance. The service deserves special mention: attentive, punctual, and never intrusive. Every gesture is carefully crafted and professional, always accompanied by sincere cordiality. During our first visit, the chef introduced himself by remembering the dishes we had chosen, a rare detail that demonstrates a truly extraordinary dedication and sensitivity. The cuisine is extraordinary: each dish tells a story of research, balance, and creativity. It's not just a meal, but a gastronomic experience crafted with skill and passion, capable of surprising and engaging all the senses. The quality is undoubtedly high, even in terms of price, but every aspect—from the quality of the ingredients to the presentation of the dishes, from the attentive service to the refined ambience—fully justifies the investment. The staff, without exception, stands out for their professionalism, expertise, and genuine kindness, making guests the center of a memorable experience. Izé Restaurant is more than just a restaurant, but a place where every detail is designed to evoke emotion. An experience worth every penny and deserving of the highest recognition. We will definitely return.

A dream Sunday lunch on Lake Iseo! 🌟 IZÉ is a true gem: excellent cuisine with refined dishes and unique flavors, impeccable service, and a breathtaking location. You can taste the chef's passion and Neapolitan flair, making every course an experience. A lunch that perfectly combines flavor, elegance, and relaxation. Beautiful location, exquisite dishes, and impeccable service. We were served primarily by two fabulous waitresses! A storm tried to ruin our evening, but the restaurant provided a shuttle service, a lifesaver for us, since we walked there with a 4-year-old and a 6-year-old! An absolute must-do! Compliments to Chef Carlo Spina!

Great 7-course menu on a beautiful terrace overlooking the lake

I went for dinner last night and was pleasantly surprised. There are limited parking spaces outside the restaurant, but there is a convenient free shuttle service. The location is beautiful and refined, both inside and out; the terrace offers a wonderful view of the lake. We chose the tasting menu, which is an excellent fusion of Campanian cuisine—the chef is Neapolitan—and local cuisine. All the flavors are perfectly balanced, and every dish is thoughtfully crafted. Special mention goes to the final treat: triple-leavened babà with hay ice cream and apricot sauce. It's the first one I've ever had... light, with just the right amount of liqueur, and refreshing. The service was friendly and unobtrusive, and I appreciated having the chance to chat with the chef.

Bellissima esperienza. Location molto bella e romantica adiacente ad un hotel, abbiamo cenato nel terrazzino sul lago. Piatti veramente ottimi di grande ricerca e servizio molto più che buono e simpatico, non "ingessato". Abbiamo preso 3 piatti a testa (due portate più il dolce) una bottiglia di 60€ e abbiamo speso in totale 220 €, secondo me meritatissimi. Sicuramente da tornarci. (PS: sconsigliato per famiglie con bimbi, se non altro perchè la location è intima/di coppia e i piatti molto particolari)

Ho conosciuto questo ristorante tramite un annuncio su facebook e incuriosita dai piatti, ho deciso di provarlo. La location è molto raffinata, direttamente sul lago. Il servizio è impeccabile e il sommelier molto preparato. Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione e devo dire che tutte le portate sono state ottime, materie prime di qualità e accostamenti particolari. Un'esperienza che consiglio a tutti.
