Each dish was a true masterpiece, an explosion of refined and perfectly balanced flavors that only a great chef like Momo can create. The attention to detail, the quality of the ingredients and the innovation in the preparations have made each course an authentic delight for the palate. Special praise in particular to the chef who, with his kindness, competence, friendliness and attention to the customer, made every moment of the dinner even more pleasant. What made the experience even more special was the impeccable room service, which added that touch of elegance and professionalism that never goes unnoticed. A special thanks to Luigi who, with his availability and his smile, made the difference, creating a welcoming and warm atmosphere. Very good restaurant despite the fact that they forgot to put the foie gras on my stake, and the truffles had no taste.
